This service is amazing. They provided everything promised with friendly. professional service. The Geek technician was helpful when I asked questions and explained everything making sure I was satisfied and comfortable with everything. I highly recommend these services and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Best Buy Geeks again.

Geek Squad is the best! We had a few bumps in scheduling but that was because my Best Buy salesperson messed it up. The installation went smoothly. Geek Squad guy was quick and efficient and he stayed awhile to show me how everything works. Big 5 stars!

i highly recommend this service. They were quick and knowledgeable and made sure everything was working correctly when they left. Even helped me with a problem i was having with one of my other tvs in the house. Later that week i realized my ipad was not connecting airplay to the new tv. They came out right away and tried to solve the issue but it turns out it is a software glitch in the new Samsung. Jeff suggested i buy a Roku... he delivered it and installed that night after 7:30pm on his way home from work. No problems since. Thanks Jeff.

These guys were just great installing my new 8k tv on a wall mount. They were personable, polite, and efficient. They answered all my questions and picked up after themselves. This just made for a quick hassle free install. Couldn't be happier!

I opted for the Geek Squad membership since I had excellent service from them with a previous TV installation. The TV I bought was much too large to fit into my car, I decided to sign up for the service. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They also removed and took away my old TV and sound bar without a problem. I thought that since my old TV was 49” that my old TV stand would not bear the weight of my new 65” TV. I was delighted to learn from the installers that my new TV would fit the stand without a hitch. It helped that they were both Sony TV’s. They stated that even though the new TV was larger, it was probably lighter than my old one due to newer electronics. Since my new TV fit the stand, they didn’t need to install the new mount that I had also bought just in case the new TV didn’t fit the stand. They pointed out that since they didn’t need to install the new mount, I could return it for a refund. I was delighted to hear this. I found this type of honesty rare in that many times installers would just try to say that they needed to install the new mount. With the refund of the mount, I was able to purchase a 4K BD player, which I originally delaying until later.

Scott and the other Geek Squad tech (I do not remember his name, sorry) were great. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and mounted the TV without any issues. They worked fast and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves after their work and left the space as they originally found it. I was very pleased with my experience with Scott and highly recommend him for any tech-related work.

The delivery and installation of my new TV was excellent. Best Buy assigned Wesley Tautala of Mount Up, an outside contractor, to do the job, and he wowed me with his professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and friendliness. Wesley efficiently installed my TV and sound bar without a wrinkle. He knew what he was doing, and I so appreciated this. Thank you Best Buy for sending me Wesley.

The 2 installers from Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my 75” TV and Sound bar. The Best Buy Mount I purchased would not work correctly. The Geek Squad Team had a different mount the worked better and took my mount back to the store for a refund. Well worth cost for this install

The first installation was by a BB third party ‘partner,’ BB needs to vet them better; they may be good for delivery but need some training in product handling and setup. The follow-up visit by actual Geek Squad members was an entirely different experience; they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This was a replacement install of a 55" LG that had problems since installation. This time, I WAS kept up to date on estimated arrival time, and the installers were very prompt. They were courteous, professional, and very efficient in getting everything set up. This Geek squad experience was MUCH better than the original experience .

The Geek Squad sent top notch installers to take out our Savant and put in a Sonos system. They made sure every detail was perfect and that I knew how to work my new system.

The Geeksquad installers were prompt, professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure I understood the nuances of my new TV and the TV mount. Before mounting they made sure they were placing it exactly where I wanted and only had to drill once. This went above my expectations.

Terry Perkins and partner installed our TV. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and totally knowledgeable about equipment! They wisked down the tv we had hanging and placed it where we asked. The installation went so quickly, it was AWESOME!! They quickly cleaned up the area. Terry asked if we had questions and answered a few. He showed us the details of using the new remote. I wish I had Terry around once a week to help with everthing electronic in the house!

Best Buy and Greek Squad Team Lead and associate did an outstanding job! From confirming arrival time in advance and calling before arriving, to expert job in the install. Professional, polite and accommodating. The very best in their area of install or repair.

These guys are pro's. They quickly mounted a 77 inch TV on an existing wall mount, and with cables already run in the walls. It was a straight forward job, that was performed quickly and professionaly. They hooked up all the inputs, paired the remote to the TV, and made sure all the inputs worked, including setting up the inputs. Highly recommend this service if you are installing a TV on the wall.

I had the Best Buy guys install a heavy mount for a heavy 55” tv. They were so good. The located a stud, then positioned it to where I wanted it. There is some adjustability in horizontal position once the stud is located. That really helps or you would need to do strictly as your structure dictates. The Techs were efficient and friendly. They got my Directv box fastened up behind the tv using zip ties. The walk plug is up there too, which is nice. They did such a neat job then made sure I knew how to use the new tv after they tested it all themselves. I could never mount a tv. I’d recommend not trying to hire a handyman or your neighbor, etc. These Best Buy techs are used to this and are expert at it.

The agents were respectful, polite and connected up my television without any problems. They were quick and efficient.

installation wag good, both of them installed the TV in a professional way, since we have our own TV wall mount and they installed the TV in a SAFE and CAREFUL way.
