Great television, I was very impressed with the Geek squad! I was so impressed with the Geek squad agent, we went out and bought an 85 inch tv. Geek squad crushed it! Definitely worth contracting with them!

The agents mounted two TVs for us. One on our living room wall and one in our master bedroom. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the TVs. After they were mounted on the wall they took the time to go over the tvs and some of the features available on them. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for this service

The 2 agents were very impressive. They installed it quickly. It turned out that I needed an extension to the arm bracket holding the tv since it was larger than our old tv and the indented area on our stone wall, but they had one in their vehicle. Both agents were professional and personable.

Best Buy Geek Agent DH is knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and was able to help me feel confident with my new TV and its functions in short order. This was the third installation Agent DH has performed for me... and I look forward to more in the future!

The Geek Squad individuals that mounted our TV and connected it to the sound bar were great! They ended up having to move the existing wall mount brackets before attaching the TV. They were professional and made sure the area was thoroughly clean with all the trash removed before they left. They also provided some helpful pointers and suggestions as they reviewed the operating instructions of the TV and sound bar.

Very fast and professional. I didnt have yo move too many things, as they did not mind working in tight corners. It was a father and son duo contracted out through Geek Squad it sounded like. But I enjoyed there hospitality, respect to the home, and fast pace of service.

Installers did a great job once they appeared, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were apologetic about the delay. They were kind about needing to fit a new mount to the wall, as the old one was incompatible, and they fortunately had one in their vehicle that I could buy directly from them. The only reason for not giving a 5 is the logistics around setting up the appointment and wrong information I was given by the store. The original day they were scheduled, I got a notice that they were not going to be able to do the install, BUT I only got the notice at the end of the promised arrival interval, so I'd wasted the afternoon being home and available, and missing an activity I wanted to attend. When they did arrive three days later, it was not at the time I'd been promised when I was notified of the first cancellation, so I'd again spent hours waiting at home for no good reason. The actual install went smoothly, but only because the installers happened to have a wall mount device in their vehicle. When I had called the store to set up the install, I'd asked whether I would need a new mount. I was told that since my prior TV was a 55 inch, and I was replacing it with a 65 inch, that my old mount would work. In fact, it didn't, and I would have had to wait until a new install date could have been set up, had the installers not happened to have the right sized mount in their vehicle.

Can't say more about the three guys that came and brought my TV and installed it on my wall. Went to Best Buys and bought a new 65 inch TV and my Sales Rep was great. Got all the parts/equipment necessary and all were delivered within three days. Go figure, I usually wait a month for service. I was lucky this time. Anyway, the guys came on time with everything I had purchased and the necessary equipment to mount on my metal stud wall. The guys asked me how high and the position of the TV. Measured and drilled to pilot holes to make sure that they were centered on the metal studs. They they drilled other holes and mounted the TV Mount and the electric wires through the wall. They mounted the TV in about an hour. They guys then sat down with me and went over my new TV set and helped with the color and sound. I have great TV after getting rid of an 11 year old Sony. Couldn't recommend more the GeeK Squad service.

The two gentlemen that installed my TV mount were very professional and quick! They also cleaned up afterward nicely! My remote wasn't working and they explained all of the possible problems. Im glad i added this service.

The Geek Squad agents were both very professional and knowledgeable in their jobs. Mounted my new TV and set it up in a very effiencient manner. They answered all my questions regarding the various features of the LG C1 TV. Also very friendly!

Armando and team are top notch. They were on time and they took care of everything required for the mounting and setup. They went over everything with how to use the new equipment and how to get to different locations. Very impressed with their ability and professionalism.

I bought a TV and wall mount for my husband for Christmas and I did not want him to have to put the wall mount up and attach the TV. So I purchased this service to have someone do this for us. I must say the installer was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after. This service was definitely worth the money

I can’t say enough about the two gentlemen that came today to my house to mount my 75 inch and my 85 inch TVs. They made sure to ask about placement and go over what it will look like and get confirmation before drilling any type of holes. They were prompt and courteous. I bought the TV mounts from another retailer. The 75 inch was looked perfect on the mount. However, the 85 inch did not look the way I wanted it to be because of the tv mount type and the stud locations in the area of placement. One of the guys, Jay, suggested a specific tv mount and offered to come at the end of the day to take off the mount that I didn’t like and remount the 85 inch tv with the new mount. Within the time he left and came back, my husband went to Best Buy and got the specific mount that Jay suggested. Jay came back as promised and quickly handled the issue. It made a HUGE difference. The end result was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. I will not hesitate to get Geek Squad services going forward.

They were knowledgeable, and they did a great job gave me some advice great advice, and I appreciate everything that they did. They were superior and knowledge and ability to put up my TV.

The installers were amazing and really took the time to understand where I wanted the TV mounted and to show me how the features of the mount worked. They also took such amazing care not to damage or make any extra holes in my wall. Their professionalism was without a doubt amazing.

Jose Correa was wonderful. He did an excellent job hanging the TV perfectly aligned, centered, and at the exact right height. He also gave me options with spacers or no spacers. I chose spacers and I'm glad I did because it makes the TV look more classy. He also taught me how to use the remote and showed me all the LD channels and I love the TV. I'm grateful that Jose was my installer because prior to arrival he had me text my mount, and we found out that it was the wrong size. So I was able to exchange it prior to his arrival which saved both of us time. Overall, he was terrific!!!
