I bought a 75' inch TV and mount. Geek squad delivered, mounted, setup and sold me proper length (15 foot HDMI) at $15 for my new TV. Wow! And removed all the trash, vacuumed the area and were more than professional. Highly recommend. Nice being a Total Tech member so install, delivery and setup was free with membership. Awesome job!

I purchased the 82 inch LG flat screen tv, complete electronics protection plan, and tv wall mount plan. It's cheaper and worth it if you buy them as a package plan. The Geek Squad showed up on time, mounted the television to the wall with the new wall mount I had purchased, and it did not take long. They were professional, did not make a mess, and did it fast. I recommend having a large tv mounted to the wall by the professionals. Plus, the full home electronics protection comes with virus protection software. All your laptops, computers, tv's, and much more will be serviced or repaired by the Geek Squad. Can't beat it.

The techs mounted a 65” tv on a stone wall in my pool house. The techs recommended a Best Buy TV mount to ensure the installation was secure. They did an excellent installation & had the TV working correctly before they left. Overall a good experience, I recommend the Gerk Squad.

The geek squad did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me swap out my Mount for a better one on the same day. Worth it.

My Technician’s name: Storm, I was so pleased and impressed with Storm’s expertise and knowledge. He mounted the speakers on the wall and ran the wires with the least amount of exposure. After setting up the system, he tested everything to ensure it was working as intended. He also took the time to familiarize me with my new system. The service Storm provided was beyond my expectations. I appreciate his professional approach in providing excellent customer service. Storm also arrived donning all recommended PPE, including shoe coverings, which I really appreciated. Once again the Geek Squad knocked it out of the park!

Absolutely one of the better install and set up experiences I have ever had. Two technicians clearly knew what they were doing and not only set up and leveled this TV to specifications, they tuned it and adjusted it and educated me on a few things. They even used a different wall mount than the one I bought to save me money in the long run. What an awesome experience and glad I went with Total tech and Geek Squad. Just excellent!

I think it’s a must have to mount the TVs by geek squad. Beats having some handyman doing it that may not do it as professional as the geek squad. Very happy with how it came out.

I am so happy with the job they did installing my 86" TV on the wall! They made it look easy, but as my husband and I know, it sure would not have gone as nicely as it did for them, had we done it ourselves. They were thorough and professional and stuck around to give me pointers and orient me to my new remote which had some hidden features I didn't know about! That took just a few extra minutes, but it really meant a lot to this electronic illiterate person. I really appreciated this service and highly recommend!

This was exceptional. Truly spectacular. Andrew and Vince went above and beyond in terms of professionalism, explanation, speed, and friendliness. I bought this TV for my parents and they installed it for them, explaining very carefully and patiently to my 85-year-old parents how the remotes worked, etc. I know they must do these installations all the time, but they seemed not to forget that each installation needs to be done carefully and thoughtfully. There was not a single aspect that needed to be improved.

The team was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were flexible about placement, provided valuable tips, and were extremely efficient.

After about 10 years, I upgraded my TV to a 77". The Geek quad are true professionals. They were in and out in no time, and I have the confort and guarantee it was installed correctly.

The team that delivered and installed the mounting bracket and television did an amazing job. They were deliberate, conscientious, and meticulous with respect to the location and installation of the mounting bracket, television, and cable management. The men ensured a clean working environment throughout the process and performed a thorough check out of the television and the accessories before they took the time to provide personalized training to me prior to their departure.

Very helpful, straight forward and efficient. This is an extremely easy process and the gentlemen who assisted us were quite knowledgable, polite, and respectful. The first thing they asked if shoes off or shoe covers worked. Cleaned up. Will never mount a TV myself when it's this easy to schedule.

The Geek Squad agents replaced a standard flat wall mount that I had with a Sanus Elite tilt wall mount. Excellent service and install. Showed me the several different positions I could move my tv with ease. Set the tv up for me so that I had all the proper connections; HD cable, wifi, and channel updates. The agents were very friendly and super helpful. Their primary concern was to do the job right. An outlet was in the way of where the TV was to be mounted so the tech's helped me select a new location to move the outlet. Over the course of the next few days I did the work to move the outlet. I then rescheduled the appointment and they sent out the same techs from the first visit. They did a fantastic job of mounting the TV and showing us how to operate and get the most out of it. Great work from two guys that obviously take pride in what they're doing!

The service just keeps getting better. Techs arrived and we discussed where to mount, how to mount and what I wanted. Took old tv down and hung new one perfectly, showed me all the new features and how to operate. Made sure I was completely satisfied and knew how to operate before moving on. Excellent Service!
