GEEK SQUAD, so intelligent knowledgeable about every single thing although a bit annoying just a tad bit, the other thing I love a newby just learning the ropes besides his senior comrade, thing is i don’t like seeing them be chastised in an embarrassing way in my view, its always a beautiful way to tell a new learner the correct way or how things are done. Also, the senior. Should learn to step back while working and learn from newby.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Geek Squad experience. Nick and Vern were so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, neat and went above and beyond to make sure my job was done correctly. They arrived very promptly to my home in the morning. One of the mounts I purchased from the store was too large for the job. Nick suggested a smaller option and, because they had time in their afternoon schedule, they brought the smaller one back to my home so that my job was totally completed in one day. I cannot thank them enough for the great service.

The agents were soo professional, but friendly. Setup was efficient and fast. They explained things clearly and answered my questions, proving that they know what theyre doing. Their thoroughness was impressive. Id recommend the Geek Squad in a heartbeat.

This is a very heavy mount. May be overkill for my 65” but I do like to be able to get behind the system. The install went smoothly although there was confusion and contradictions between customer service and sales regarding pricing and service scope of what was and wasn’t included. This isn’t a cheap service to begin with, I didn’t like feeling like was being upsold during installation with cabling or mount upgrades.

Super fast, easy installation by geek squad very informative on setup and very cautious with appliances. They were very professional and very clean when finishing their job.

My previous living roo. flat screen TV died and and I wanted a larger replacement delivered, setup and and the old one hauled away. I tried several local stores and most wouldn’t deliver. My previous experience with Best Buy on attempting to get a dishwasher replaced was unsatisfactory. On the the day of deliver the Best Buy delivery man refused to deliver- I was too far off his route. This time the Geek Squad came through with flying colors. I still give Best Buy a low rating but the Geek Squad is fantastic.

The guys from Geek Squad were FANTASTIC!!! They installed a new 85” TV with no mess or fuss and made sure everything was hooked up and working and I understood how to use it. BEST money you can spend - especially with a large TV.

Greg and Davin did a great job. They were friendly yet professional the whole way through the install. They were careful with our new tv, careful not to trash our house installing the tv. They listened to our questions and concerns; they focused on getting our tv set up perfectly.

The initial mounting by Geek Squad was fantastic, quick and no fuss but later on when my TV's WiFi got kaput, Geek Squad was asking me a fee for dismounting and recounting it after the manufacturer's repairs. This was disturbing since I was under warranty by both Best Buy and Samsung. After much deliberations and standing my ground they succumbed and the job was done. Geek Squad shoud be happy that I still gave them four stars.

It isn't easy to put into words the complex situation Steve from the Geek Squad found himself. I purchased a TV from Amazon and contacted Best Buy to have their Geek Squad come out to install it. I thought I'd ordered a larger TV to replace the one I already had. But, OOPS, I ordered the same size. The next day, Steve went to the Best Buy warehouse and brought out a larger TV for me. The service call from the previous day was $250 and I asked if there was some way to apply that amount to the second call. I should add here that I'm 83 and live on Social Security, making money a bit tight. He cleared that for me, installed a 60" TV for me and took the 2nd TV back to Best Buy. Now, here's the above and beyond: since poor vision keeps me from driving (and I have no car), I couldn’t return the Amazon purchase. Guess what? Steve did it for me. So if someone is up There, keeping track of good deeds, I know they are writing on the Plus Side for Steve. PS I tried to upload a photo numerous times, but it failed Sorry, the upload failed

Best Buy installers did an awesome job installing our home office tv. They were professional, hung tv as directed, and made sure work area was clean after install. We are very happy with the results.

After the second cancelled appointment from Manada, the third party group Best Buy sometimes contracts to do installs, I had to go speak with the selling store's manager in order to prevent waiting yet another week to get our tv installed. Luckily for me, Brandon at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin stepped in to get things back on track. He worked with the stores own Geek Squad crew to get us back on schedule and get the installation performed without having to wait yet another week. Brandon was the consummate professional. He listened, empathized and made it happen. I doubt I'll order online any more, I'll go to his store and order in person. Outstanding service! Alex and Greg were the Geek Squad techs that had to install our tv about 7' up on the wall. They were excellent and completed a perfect installation. My elderly dad supervised from his chair and noted they never hesitated and there were no wasted motions. These guys are pros and their work shows it. They even refused a tip! (Which they definitely earned!) While we had a bumpy start to our two tv installs, Brandon, Alex and Greg got the work done quickly, professionally and expertly. Thank you so much to these three employees for their excellence. We are now pretty loyal BB customers and you can thank these three!

This was a tricky installation for the Geek Squad because of a mistake I made, but the Geek Squad made everything work the end. I bought and installed a wall mount for a 100 inch TV from Best Buy that weighed over 100 pounds. My house was built in the 1960s, and the wall wasn't strong enough. When the Geek Squad hung the TV, the wall started to bend. The Geek Squad stopped before any damage was done and told me it was unsafe to install the TV. But they told me they could come back on a different day for free and complete the installation if I reinforced the wall. I reinforced the wall and the Geek Squad completed the installation the next day. I will definitely use the Geek Squad again.
