Excellent service! I love the work that was done...so easy and it looks great. Could not be more pleased with the workman that came here and was so considerate of my home and everything in it. He was a delight and so professional it took him only about 1/2 hour to complete the entire job...vacuuming and everything! Having the TV off the floor makes such a difference and adds so much room to my mobile home living room...don't know why I waited so long to have this done.

They were on time, and did a terrific job with the install.

Geek Squad did a great job assembling the stand for my new TV and setting up the TV. Connected to UVerse cable, etc. Made sure I was comfortable with remotes. I am more than satisified that I purchased the Total Protection plan. As far as I am concerned, it has paid for itself in 2 weeks time. Used them for setup of a new laptop and a new TV.

I purchased a TV, Soundbar and TV mount from Best Buy along with a coordinating Soundbar mount purchased from Amazon (Best Buy only had one Soundbar mount and it was Rocketfish I believe) and had Geek Squad come and mount everything. There were 3 techs that came inside to get the job done fast and efficiently! They made sure that the Soundbar mount that I purchased from Amazon would work with the Soundbar and the TV mount from Best Buy. Thankfully I did my research and it was easy to find because the Sanus Soundbar mount was universal to Sanus TV mounts so everything was confirmed correct. Everything was done in about two hours I believe and looks great!! All 3 techs were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the installation. I also had a choice if I wanted to run the cords (only the HDMI cords not the power TV cord or the power Soundbar cord - that is a certified electrician’s job only) through the wall or leave them all hanging down where I can later put a casing on the wall to hide them. I knew I was going to expect great service from Best Buy, as always, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole package! I will definitely have Geek Squad come back with any other service I need in the future!! Service was phenomenal and I have to give credit to the technician who installed and set up my 50' inch TV set. He was awesome!

Super fast, easy installation by geek squad very informative on setup and very cautious with appliances. They were very professional and very clean when finishing their job.

The 2 person Team that mounted our new TV did an awesome job. The current mounting system had to be relocated to accommodate the new configuration for the new TV. The Team took the time to do it right! No mess left behind. The Team did initial TV setup, explained the operation of the TV and the associated remote.

Quick, efficient, clean. great install. The wall mount I purchased at Best Buy along with my TV was the wrong mount for my wall stud spacing. Geek squad had the correct mount on their truck. The only downside was that the new mount was way more money than I would have liked to spend for a mount. I really didn't have a choice since the squad crew were present and I needed the install done. The squad called me beforehand to let me know how long it would be for their time of arrival. Overall a very good experience. I would consider them again for any future installs.

These guys were great! They were very careful of our new hardwood floor, wearing protection over their shoes and setting pieces of the equipment on cardboard from the package. They also did all the setup even programming our cable control to work with the tv and sound bar. They also moved our old tv to the bedroom and did that entire setup. Their familiarity with all the equipment meant they did all the work very efficiently and in the minimum of time. All the while answering our questions and explaining as they worked. So happy with our new tv and sound bar!

This was way better than doing it myself. It went a lot faster. I had bought a Toshiba 75in that couldn’t run surround through the HDMI cable. It would only play PCM. The Sony Bravia is a much better tV, (from my experience) and having the Best Buy techs hooking it up gave me peace of mind on the wall mount as well as making sure all the cables were where they needed to be.

I recently purchased a large flat screen tv along with a wall mount. I arranged to have geek squad do the delivery and install for me. The showed up in a timely manner on time and delivered the tv and the mount. And the guys were very courteous and they in stalled the mount where I wanted it and installed the tv onto the mount. I tested it and it was installed perfectly and it didn’t take much time. They also helped me scan for the local channels and to hookup my cable. I am very happy with this service!! ( :

This was a tricky installation for the Geek Squad because of a mistake I made, but the Geek Squad made everything work the end. I bought and installed a wall mount for a 100 inch TV from Best Buy that weighed over 100 pounds. My house was built in the 1960s, and the wall wasn't strong enough. When the Geek Squad hung the TV, the wall started to bend. The Geek Squad stopped before any damage was done and told me it was unsafe to install the TV. But they told me they could come back on a different day for free and complete the installation if I reinforced the wall. I reinforced the wall and the Geek Squad completed the installation the next day. I will definitely use the Geek Squad again.

Two technicians showed up to my home for wall mounting. They were very courteous and professional. After installation they advised me on how I should handle the tv when moving the wall mount. After installation I noticed that the wall mount didn’t move as easily as I thought and they even suggested another wall mount that Best Buy offers that would have a little more flexibility.

The techs mounted a 65” tv on a stone wall in my pool house. The techs recommended a Best Buy TV mount to ensure the installation was secure. They did an excellent installation & had the TV working correctly before they left. Overall a good experience, I recommend the Gerk Squad.

The Geek Tech did an excellent job of unmounting the non-functioning replacement installed a little over a week before this service being rated now. He reinstalled the new TV and did the complete set up before leaving. Was very knowledgable and did an excellent job...very pleased.

The techs were excellent. I had purchased a new mount for the new TV, but they saw that I could use the old one. They offered to return the new one and have my money returned. They had no trouble installing and setting up my TV. They made sure it worked and made sure I understood how to operate it. They were efficient and competent.

The Geek Squad has installed my new television and did a Great Job! The put the new tv mount on the wall, attached the tv, set up all of my remotes, went over everything and then took away all boxes and trash. I really truly appreciate all of their help! I would recommend them to my friends and family and definitely use them again and again!
