I recently hired Geek Squad to mount my new TV on the wall and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The installation was quick and efficient, and the technician was friendly and professional. He arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. The TV looks great on the wall and is now perfectly centered and level. The installation was also done with precision and care, ensuring that all cables were neatly routed and hidden from view. I was also impressed with the attention to detail - the technician took the time to test the TV to ensure it was working properly and made sure all connections were secure.

The Geek Squad personnel were professional, prompt and efficient. I was very pleased with their TV installation as they gave me some good user hints for the TV and made sure it was attached to TWO studs to better carry the weight. They encountered a couple of cable box-related issues which the senior person diagnosed and fixed quickly. Overall, my first ever encounter with the Geek Squad and I was very pleased with their knowledge and customer care.

Excellent. Had Geek Squad install a 65" Samsung Frame TV. I had prepurchased a Samsung OEM UL Listed in-the-wall power supply cord, and Geek Squad was pleased to see that so that they could completely put all wires/including power through the wall. Superb installation utilizing the flush wall mount included with the Frame. Looks like a piece of art!

They arrived on time, moved a sound bar to a different room and set up the new system then vacuumed where they had worked. They made sure I could use my system with ease before they left. It was a great experience. They suggested a buy a new HDMI cord and had one in their truck for me to ourchase. They were also very knowledgeable.

GEEK SQUAD, so intelligent knowledgeable about every single thing although a bit annoying just a tad bit, the other thing I love a newby just learning the ropes besides his senior comrade, thing is i don’t like seeing them be chastised in an embarrassing way in my view, its always a beautiful way to tell a new learner the correct way or how things are done. Also, the senior. Should learn to step back while working and learn from newby.

I'm very happy with the quality of service provided! The Geek Squad member that mounted the new office TV did a great job and even zip tied some of the wires behind the TV so that it would be better organized (also makes them less of an eyesore). I would happily request this service in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with service we received in my home. The technician was very accommodating to our request and where we wanted to mount. There's no way I could of installed it up as high as we wanted and he made it look easy. He did a great job installing the mount and even though this is the second LG TV I've owned he went through set up and discussed the things we can do on our TV. I will definitely do this again when I need to mount another TV.

Had to reschedule twice no one showed up the first time on given date and time frame. I decided to do mounting only and set up myself. Mounted several TVs before but didn’t want to take a chance of damaging the TV. Afterwards I realized I knew more about the mounting of this TV than the service team. I had to eventually help them get it up on the included bracket and they left me a mess to clean up from drilling into the drywall. I could have done it myself if I had someone available to help me lift onto the bracket.

It is beyond our years to set up new electronic equipment. The installer did a great job and a very neat job. He also explained how to use the TV clearly and exhibited no rush to be out the door even though we were his last customer. It is so different than the old TV with many more features that it is an adventure to learn but we're getting there.

Install couldn’t have been easier!! They came with my TV and started by inspecting the wall and finding the studs. Then drilled only the holes they needed to drill to install the mount then after the mount was installed both technicians lifted the heavy TV onto the mount. They were professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and the process couldn’t have been simpler. They were even willing todo things I wanted todo.

I had no idea who to turn to for mounting my TV. I purchased the total tech plan. The Geek Squad techs were Awesome. They were easy and fast to schedule. They asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted and where to mount the TV. They were knowledgeable, friendly and communicative about the project. They made sure I understood how to operate what was set up and that I was comfortable with the technology before they left. It was awesome watching my new big screen TV comfortably. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The team arrived on schedule (actually a little early) and were very professional. They made sure that the location and height were what I wanted prior to starting the installation. Once started, they were very efficient and careful. Once done, they took time to explain everything to me and answer questions. They also loaded two apps for me and made sure everything was working. I would recommend this service to anyone who purchases a television and wants it on the wall.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had two different sets of men come out and each is polite, informative, smart, clean. They do not waste time, yet you never have the impression that they're rushing to get on to the next job. They listen, and they know their tv's!! The appointment time and follow up until they come are all a joy to deal with.

The installers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They installed the TV and sound bar perfectly for our viewing and showed us how to use them both. We have an older model multi-movement mount which I didn't want to replace. They were happy to disassemble and reassemble it to accommodate the new equipment, which probably ruined their schedule.

I was skeptical about the Fire TV operating system. Previously, I was with to the Roku operating system. But I am pleasantly surprised by this television on the whole. The sound is amazing and I do not anticipate buying a sound bar. The fire TV operating system is so simple and does not require me to re-sign into all of my streaming apps. It simply takes me there when I ask it to. The geek squad representative, who installed my TV for me also installed the app on my phone. This was some thing I usually do myself because I am a quadriplegic and require the use of the app to control the TV. But it turned out to be so technical in nature, and the Geek Squad representative was so incredibly patient , and willing to help me until she was satisfied with the result. I have never been happier with a Purchase of an electronic item from Best Buy. And I recommend this product and the Geek Squad coverage to everyone.

The man from the geek squad his name is IAN came to our home and installed the bracket that holds up the flat screen ,he also put our flat screen up hooked up all the wires showed us how everything worked.he was very professional and friendly.

I have a 40" flat-screen television. It works perfectly. I had it installed originally to support a 65" flat screen TV. It held that securely for ten years. The TV was too big for my living room

Picture is great 86'' tv makes it like you are at movies. Geek squad did awesome job setting up and mounting tv.

We originally purchased the TV & sound bar at Best Buy & had Geek Squad set it up. Well about 8 months later we moved to another home. We hired Geek Squad to set up the TV & sound bar in our new home. The were very professional and had it all set up in a timely manner.
