The install went smoothly and the people were very friendly and helpful. I needed the tv centered over the fireplace and they had the tv set perfectly placed.

Installation was completed on Tuesday August 3, 2021 with 3 Geek Squad installation technicians and did a good professional job. In my opinion this TV is currently state of the art, very pricey but you get what you pay for. So far, this TV is all it says it is, I like the flush wall mount, the only thing is the LG engineers could have put more thought on the wiring bracket harnesses on the back of the TV that support the wires, I had to recommend to the Geek Squad techs and used a 6 inch piece of my duct tape to hold the wires in place while mounting my TV Flush to the wall. This TV comes with a pattern of the TV where you decide and it should be mounted on your wall, I had to have mine remounted lower, and had to make another appointment and wait 2 weeks for my installation remount. The Geek Squad technicians in the first installation didn’t leave me the wall pattern, make sure you tell the Geek Squad installation Techs you want this pattern and save it if you need your TV to be remounted to your specifications. I have to use 3 remotes: 1 for the TV, 1 for my home theater system and 1 for my cable/satellite system. The LG engineers should put more thought to combine and use 1 remote to run Everything, All 3 systems on my TV. With today’s very powerful micro-processor chips I’m sure the LG engineers can fix this. I do not want to use an off the shelf universal remote that costs $100 and takes 1 hour to download the required software to use it. So far, I am very happy with the performance of my G1, I will post more in the coming weeks if requested.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Geek Squad, I needed a TV wall bracket mounted, they cane on time (even though my house is hard to find) they contacted me to ask for directions. They were very professional, friendly and thorough. As one was installing the other was right behind cleaning up. I was impressed with how fast they were able to install the wall mount. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Geek squad came over and installed my 65 inch Sony TV using one of the Sanus wall mount units. The 2 gents were on time, very courteous and efficient. They asked us where we wanted the location of the TV. Installed the bracket. They unboxed the TV, installed it and rant the setup menu. They also repackaged all the excess material and took it away. No mess whatsoever was left. All in all very happy with the service and the way my TV looks in my family room.

The man from the geek squad his name is IAN came to our home and installed the bracket that holds up the flat screen ,he also put our flat screen up hooked up all the wires showed us how everything worked.he was very professional and friendly.

My new Samsung TV has a beautiful picture and wonderful sound. I am very happy that Geek Squad delivered the TV and put it on my wall. Geek Squad also made all the necessary adjustments to the TV so it works perfectly.

I was skeptical about the Fire TV operating system. Previously, I was with to the Roku operating system. But I am pleasantly surprised by this television on the whole. The sound is amazing and I do not anticipate buying a sound bar. The fire TV operating system is so simple and does not require me to re-sign into all of my streaming apps. It simply takes me there when I ask it to. The geek squad representative, who installed my TV for me also installed the app on my phone. This was some thing I usually do myself because I am a quadriplegic and require the use of the app to control the TV. But it turned out to be so technical in nature, and the Geek Squad representative was so incredibly patient , and willing to help me until she was satisfied with the result. I have never been happier with a Purchase of an electronic item from Best Buy. And I recommend this product and the Geek Squad coverage to everyone.

The Geek Squad personnel were professional, prompt and efficient. I was very pleased with their TV installation as they gave me some good user hints for the TV and made sure it was attached to TWO studs to better carry the weight. They encountered a couple of cable box-related issues which the senior person diagnosed and fixed quickly. Overall, my first ever encounter with the Geek Squad and I was very pleased with their knowledge and customer care.

Excellent. Had Geek Squad install a 65" Samsung Frame TV. I had prepurchased a Samsung OEM UL Listed in-the-wall power supply cord, and Geek Squad was pleased to see that so that they could completely put all wires/including power through the wall. Superb installation utilizing the flush wall mount included with the Frame. Looks like a piece of art!

We originally purchased the TV & sound bar at Best Buy & had Geek Squad set it up. Well about 8 months later we moved to another home. We hired Geek Squad to set up the TV & sound bar in our new home. The were very professional and had it all set up in a timely manner.

They arrived on time, moved a sound bar to a different room and set up the new system then vacuumed where they had worked. They made sure I could use my system with ease before they left. It was a great experience. They suggested a buy a new HDMI cord and had one in their truck for me to ourchase. They were also very knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with service we received in my home. The technician was very accommodating to our request and where we wanted to mount. There's no way I could of installed it up as high as we wanted and he made it look easy. He did a great job installing the mount and even though this is the second LG TV I've owned he went through set up and discussed the things we can do on our TV. I will definitely do this again when I need to mount another TV.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I had two different sets of men come out and each is polite, informative, smart, clean. They do not waste time, yet you never have the impression that they're rushing to get on to the next job. They listen, and they know their tv's!! The appointment time and follow up until they come are all a joy to deal with.

Install couldn’t have been easier!! They came with my TV and started by inspecting the wall and finding the studs. Then drilled only the holes they needed to drill to install the mount then after the mount was installed both technicians lifted the heavy TV onto the mount. They were professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and the process couldn’t have been simpler. They were even willing todo things I wanted todo.

They did a good job of mounting the 85-inch TV to my wall as well as cleaning up after they were done. I wish they had mounted the TV a little closer to the soundbar, so there isn't a gap where you can see some wires.

The installers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They installed the TV and sound bar perfectly for our viewing and showed us how to use them both. We have an older model multi-movement mount which I didn't want to replace. They were happy to disassemble and reassemble it to accommodate the new equipment, which probably ruined their schedule.

They did an excellent job of handling the tv with care & putting it in a better position on the wall than l previously had. Also was helpful in making sure l had it setup & working properly before they left.
