The Geek Squad set up our TV and did a fantastic job. Two guys came and they knew exactly what they were doing and had us up and running with everything installed in no time at all. I highly recommend the Geek Squad

Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !

We bought a tv and wall mount from BEST Buy. We had it for a while in the box then we called Geek squad to come out and put it up. They did an awesome job of putting everything up where we wanted it. Friendly really nice guys! We have been enjoying everything for a few month now. THANKS!

The Geek Squad install purchase was worth the money. They were very knowledgeable and saved me from having to get help mounting the 85" above my fireplace. They gave recommendations on things I could change to improve the picture. 85" Samsung - Great Picture!

The agent easily mounted and set up my tv right where I wanted it. I am pleased with the installation. The workers are always careful, polite and friendly. They have not let me down yet!

The workers that set up our equipment did it the way we asked and set up the workings of the TV before they were done. They hung the TV quick and secure. They also set up the old TV where I wanted it in the basement and set up my Bose system to it. Very happy with the experience.

The agents mounted the TV for my granddaughter and connected it to all her devices. I also purchased the equipment for mounting the TV. They were very professional and polite. I again will be using this service in February for my other granddaughter. Very happy with the Geek Squardservice.

The guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job, very quick and knowledgeable. Bedsides the tv, they also installed 2 rear in ceilings speakers for my home theater, at first it didn't work but they were able to find the perfect solution. They did a clean installation, you cannot see any wires. They cleaned the area of all debris. All I can say is outstanding!!!

The squad cut a hole in the wall so they could conceal all the wires associated with my new Samsung TV. The geek squad then ran the wires through my wall and mounted the tv wall bracket. Attached my 65 inch tv and programmed everything for me. The agent totally cleaned the area. He even placed the empty box with all the packing in my garage for me.

The guys were very efficent and kept the area clean. theyexplained everyrthing before leaving , I would recommend them to people having items installed from Best Buy

Junior and his helper Justin did a wonderful job setting up the new Sony Brava. Glad I went for your tech team. Junior was wonderful explaining how to work the controls and suggest other equipment I might need to enhance viewing.

Eddie came out to install our new Samsung 65" TV. He had another young man with him. They were both very competent and knowledgable regarding the product. They were quick, neat and clean while installing, clear in their explanations about the TV and all in all a joy to have in our home. Very well trained and extremely polite.

The gig squad were the ones who installed the TV wall mount and made a suggestion that we switch out the wall mounts because of the new construction good choice the TV looks fabulous sing us the war Cree picture

This was the first time I have had a TV mounted and I wanted it done right, so we had it done through Geek Squad. It was easy. The guys that came to install it were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and they mounted the TV perfectly. There was a slight issue with the type of mount I purchased and the crew was able to provide me with additional options on site to mount. The TV looks great on the wall.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Samsung TV. They were able to use the existing mounting bracket so I was able to return the new bracket that I purchased with the TV. They were experienced with the TV and stepped me through the TV setup. And they took away the old TV (service I paid for) and all of the packaging for the new TV.

The Geek Squad came in and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. They (Samsun) made a recommendation to get the Geek Squad contract and encouraged me to go back and get a newer cable box. So glad I got that contract! I had to have them come back as I had problems after I installed the new box. Both visits from the Geek Squad were great! The guys are friendly, helpful, courteous and educated me on my purchase.

The techs were amazing, went above and beyond with making sure that everything was level, connected properly and made sure I knew how to use the TV and sound system. Highly recommend!!
