They did a superb job. Mounted it on a brick wall, hooked up my DVD, Apple TV, Roku and a Sony Sound bar. They explained what they were doing and also showed me how to use my new SONY OLED TV. They cleaned up after themselves. They communicated very well from confirmation of my installation date and time, to when they would arrive.

The agents who mounted my tv and hooked up my sound system did an incredible job. They came earlier then expected, were professional and clean. They even took the trash out from my last install. Excellent services. Happy I switched to the Murray store.

The agents did a great job moving one tv with wall mount to a new location and installing the new tv with wall mount in the original spot. They communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what they were doing and they did everything very well and very fast. We received a flat wall mount which works perfectly for our use. I can’t say enough good things about the delivery and installation service. They were on time, polite and friendly, helped with placement and perfect installation and clean up of all package materials.

Everything was good up to the installation day. Good communication good price, however, due to an increasingly poor national work ethic, the installer's helper did not show up so the installation wasn't done. Fortunately, my buddy was able to come over and we installed the wall mount and installed the 75" TV ourselves. Turned out great and probably for the better since you never know who's actually going to show up to do the work. Although the Geek Squad seemed to be all good otherwise.

We opted for the white glove service with installation. The Geek Squad did an outstanding job! They were able to mount our 85inch Frame TV in the exact location to our specifications - way better and more efficiently than I could have done myself. They measured very carefully and precisely, and were extremely professional. Would highly recommend this service.

2 gentlemen came and remived our old TV, installed the new one and made sure it was working properly before they left. We had been notified of the appointment ahead of time and they arrived right on time. They were professional but very kind at the same time. They worked quickly and picked up after themselves. The “Squad” mounted tv and connected to my devices. They also gave me advice re parts necessary for another tv setup. They were knowledgeable and efficient and left no mess.

The Geek Squad was absolutely amazing!! They’re the only reason I’m giving the 5 star rating, My rating would be zero, due to the obnoxious amount of money Best Buy now charges to hang the TV’s, they now nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Almost $800 for 2 TV’s, I will never have them come again, I’ll find someone else, I don’t mind paying a small fee, but I was shocked my Total Geek Squad Membership no longer covers it. I will always use Geek Squad for computer issues only

Once my install mess was figured out the Geek Squad delivered and installed my TV. What would have been a hot mess with my husband was a 20 minute process with Geek Squad. They were friendly, professional, quick and knew exactly what they were doing.

The Geek Squad team arrived well on time and mounted our new 77 inch TV above our fireplace like it was a piece of cake. They centered the mount perfectly and moved our Apple TV and other connections from our old TV and set them up leaving us with a full working setup.
