Ben and the team went above and beyond to help modify and upgrade my living room audio and video system. With a new tv and receiver/amp, I have excellent quality tv/audio and Ben helped ensure the equipment fit perfectly into my living room. I would highly recommend Ben and his team.

Installers took my previous tiv down from wall detached the mounting brackets, installed them on new TV and mounted it. We reatached the peripheral units in the same ports as the previous tv and then they went through the setup and made sure I knew the features of the new tv. Did far more than a basic mounting. Very impressed with the service.

The guys that came were super!!! They were very good at their job!!! They suggested options and mounted my TV quickly and perfectly. I’m very picky about installations and they met my expectations!!!

The installation was flawless and that was the key to me and my wife as we are both handicapped. The two young men that came out, I'm sorry I don't remember their names off hand. They did a Flawless installation without a single mark on the blood dark red wall that it mounts on. All it takes is a bump to disturb the color. What was important was after being shown how to operate the new smart TV it was hard to absorb everything at once. And about the time I was going to call back to the young men that did the installation they called me to see if I was having any problems or concerns. Much to my surprise they had an opening in time the following day and volunteered to come back out and go through it with me again. In this day and time it's hard to find anyone that follows up that well with their service. So the young men from The Geek Squad in Morehead City North Carolina are an outstanding voice for The Geek Squad here. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

these 2 guys were great! So helpful. showed us how to use the remote. Gave me his phone # to call him if I had any difficulty. They mounted our tv to wall, in minutes, which would have taken my husband and I hours to figure out. Now I know it won't fall off!

The team that came to my house knew exactly what they were doing. TV placement required a new mount, which fortunately, they had on the truck. They mounted the new mechanism after measuring and adjusting carefully so the placement was just right. They vacuumed up the mess from drilling, took away the massive box and mountain of packing material, and left everything working properly. The walked me through the new controls so I was able to enjoy my new TV right away. I'm a happy customer!

The Geek Squad mounted my TV's, set up all the devices, and took my old TV's away so quickly! They were very friendly and professional and I would definitely use their services again!

Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Samsung TV. They were able to use the existing mounting bracket so I was able to return the new bracket that I purchased with the TV. They were experienced with the TV and stepped me through the TV setup. And they took away the old TV (service I paid for) and all of the packaging for the new TV.

I purchased the Total Tech for the year when I was buying a new Samsung 50 inch TV. The Total Tech cost the same as the delivery and installation for my new TV. So I broken even on just that one purchase. Then I bought a lot of Tech for the family, such as, iPad, iPod Home, AirPods, etc. and they are all covered too. Then, I purchased a new gas dryer. Not only is it covered too, but I also am getting free delivery and installation as part of the Total Tech. It has saved me a bundle already even though I haven’t had and issues with any of the items I’ve purchased. The delivery and set up crew for my TV to my vacation home 100 miles away were professional, courteous and great communicators. If you are going to being buying a lot of stuff it’s totally worth it! You only need one installation purchase to break even. After that everything is gravy.

You guys (Jesse &Nick) are awesome! The installation was flawless and beautifully mounted on the wall. The operation of the new TV and all special features were explained. Working with Best Buy is always a good experience. Thank you for working to be the Best!

The tv mount is excellent. I can pull it out to install anything to the back of my flat screen. I can then push it back and it would be flush with my wall. The Geek Squad did a great job installing the mount to my wall.

When you purchase a 75 inch TV you don’t want to mess around with installing it yourself. You really want a professional job because you wanted to look right and work well. Our geek squad technician Riley did a amazing job and covered all the details. I would highly recommend it.

Mounted 100+ lb 75 in TV to the wall and connected new PlayStation 5 to existing receiver and speakers. Everything done cleanly and efficiently. Included removal from wall and disposal of old 55 in. Only complaint was wainscoting prevented included in-wall wiring installation, requiring high additional cost.

I got this tv for my mom who only wanted a 43" so she could keep her entertainment center. She hadn't had a smart tv before and after seeing this one in the store for picture quality this is what she chose. It was easy for her to navigate and the apps she wanted for streaming - Britbox - were easy to install. She loves it.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, couldn't use it due to the nature of the mounting). They were great about making sure to position it where I wanted and also hauled the box/trash with them afterwards so I didn't have to worry about it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free (just needed to buy the mounts).
