OMG, They came out with my new TV and unwrapped it and got down the part that needed to connect to the wall mount off the old set. They got it mounted and then got my WIFI and Fire TV and Cubi Apps plus all the other ones I watch on. They showed me how to use the remote. Thank you very much because it is quite different from my old one. They would have mounted my old TV downstairs but I was not ready for that. They picked up all the trash from the TV and it has been perfect since.

The agents removed and installed a new projector. The agents that came were exceptional. Later I had universal remote programmed. Agents are super and I would not hesitate to have Geek Squad come again. I will continue to call when I need help with electronics or other.

Love my TV. I’m able to personalize it and connect with ease to other apps. Still vibran!

The staff installed my TV quickly and expertly. They answered all my questions and even programmed my remote for easy use with the TV and also the fire stick. No problems.

Rudy with the GS @ Myrtle Beach Store was awesome in every way possible in my book! As with my salesman at the store where I bought the Sony A9G, I also felt like I hit the lottery getting Rudy as my GS tech. As I stated when writing a review for David, my salesman, I almost never write reviews for anything, but when you get a person that goes out of their way to do the little extra things, I feel obligated to praise them! I'm a Self Employed work at home guy that sells my services in the freight business, so I know a thing or two about doing the little things for customers just to make sure they're happy. GS has already been to my home on 4 different occasions for wall mounting my TV's and setting up my new computer, and this makes it the 5th time. There's only 2 guys I've had the pleasure to work in my home, and RUDY is one of the 2!!! Even vacuumed my floor before he left, never had that happen before? If anyone is looking for GS services on wall mounting their TV, ask for Rudy and or AJ, you won't be disappointed!!!

Well worth the extra money spent for installation. Fast, professional, and clean up after themselves when job was completed. Most definitely will add in future purchases that need installation!

The installation was relatively simple – I already had a 5.1 Speaker system from my previous TV setup, and the new TV simply stands on a glass unit that houses the amp/tuner, DVD player, etc., so no wall mount needed. But the guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and smartly. Great team!

I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY BUT SO GLAD I DID. MY HERO HUSBAND HAD THE OLD ONE HANGING CROOKED AND LOOSE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE ADJUSTING THE TILT NOT TO MENTION A PAIR OF KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN DOING ONE FABULOUS JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN UNBOXING ETC...PERFECT JOB

The installation and setup itself were excellent but there were a few issues that make 3 stars the most I can give. I knew exactly what tv I wanted when I came in and saw that they were in stock in a display. I told him I wanted it delivered and mounted and he rung me up quickly. That is where the communication aspect broke down. Considering the price of the delivery and mounting, I incorrectly assumed that the actual mount was included and the associate in his haste neglected to inform me that it was not. The morning of the delivery, the driver called and informed me that there was no mount and that it would be an additional charge or I could reschedule after I had my own mount. My next available off day was 5 days later so I went ahead and purchased once that he offered. I did eventually get the price of the mount refunded after speaking with a manager but in hindsight, I would have just had regular delivery, bought my own mount and had someone else install it which would have saved me another 50-70 dollars.

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

Team so professional. Set up everything accurately and quickly. Walked out with me set up on all my streaming; was able to enjoy shows immediately.

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. The crew sent to my home to install the TV was extremely professional! They installed the television and perfectly centered the tv above the mantle. They even went above and beyond to make sure all trash, dust, and nails were cleaned up!

Agents came in, mounted my TV and took away the older one. I was skeptical first about the service (I had never done it before), but after the service.. I was extremely satisfied! I definitely recommend it and the agents that came by to mount the tv were extremely kind.

Most sturdy tv wall mount I’ve ever purchased! Easy to install and didn’t take long.
