Worth every penny for my new 85-inch TV! The Geek Squad technicians were fantastic—professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, located the studs perfectly, and had the TV mounted securely on the wall in under an hour. The best part was the clean look; they concealed all the wires, leaving my living room looking sleek and modern. For a screen this large and heavy, the peace of mind knowing it's mounted correctly and safely is invaluable. I highly recommend this service. Don’t even think about risking it yourself

The technicians installed the tv quickly and professionally. Additionally, they showed me how to use the remote. any questions I had, they answered. As they also mounted the tv on the wall, they took great care to measure correctly so the tv would be level and the soundbar would fit correctly.

The techs mounted my Tv exactly like I wanted it to be. After determining that the mount I had picked would not center the tv, they suggested a different one they had in their vehicle and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your excellent service.

I had Geek Squad install my new 60" TV. I had just moved into my home and I didn't want to risk messing up my walls or the TV I just bought. Geek Squad called the day before to confirm my appointment and showed up on time the next day with another call beforehand. The technician asked me where I wanted the TV mounted on the wall and even confirmed it using painters tape to show how it would look. After confirming that is where I wanted the TV he then began setting up the mount and before I knew it the TV was on my wall. He then showed me how to adjust the TV on the mount. He also programmed my TV to be set up with my cable and PS4 ready to go! They even vacuumed where they created some dust after drilling into my wall. Very happy and would have them come out again if I needed another TV to be mounted!

The crew that came to my house were very professional and communicative in terms of the arrival and installation process. As they installed the TV, they communicated the placement and process of the installation. At the end, they walked me through how to use my new SMART TV. I was very pleased with the work and service they provided.

With the technology available today, we really want to take advantage of every new feature. The Team from Best Buy was worth every penny. Brought the tv, installed it perfectly, set all of the streaming services we have. Cleaned up after themselves, and wished us good watching.

Showed up on time. The team was friendly and knowledgeable and got my tv set up quickly.

The technicians did a fine job of the installation and set up. I was able to start enjoying my new tv in a short time. Very professional.

The two people the Geek Squad sent to my house to mount my two 85” televisions were not only professional but well trained, quick, friendly, polite, careful not to make any mess and they were very detail oriented. As a women, I was especially thrilled to see one of them was also a women. She had these beautiful long manicured nails and I was totally blown away by how she was able to do what is typically a guy job and then do it so well and effortlessly. For example they both installed wall mounts in each of the two rooms and she was done installing her wall mount before the guy was!!) and she had like zero problem lifting an 85” tv. They were both very professional and very good at what they do. This was my first experience using the geek squad and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The tv looks great on the wall. The technicians were very nice. There were a couple of scheduling difficulties. They canceled the first appointment and the second appointment had some issues as well. They cut the hole for the cable/power bridge too large, even with the supplied template. They glued/caulked a piece of the sheetrock in to fill it in. Not a real professional way to fix their error. It is behind the tv so i guess it won't be seen. But i will have to deal with it if we ever move someday.

Agents mounted tv above fireplace and cleaned/vacuum up dust, removed boxes and wrapping afterwards. Excellent quality service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The team was amazing! Team leader showed up first to scout our home and the installation location and then the proper number of team members showed up to correctly finish the mounting of the TV and installation and setup. We had a tricky path to our basement wall and they figured it out. Took TV out of box, and safely moved it. And they even took back the box so I wouldn't have to worry about discarding it. Will def. bring them in again for any work I need.

The agents mounted my TV and connected me to YouTube TV. They did a great job mounting the TV and kept things absolutely clean. I was impressed. They were friendly and efficient. In setting us up on YouTube TV, one agent was very helpful in explaining how to use this subscription which was new to us. The other agent did the installing but was not good at explaining anything to us. We coud have used more h elp in the direction.

I recently had my new 77-inch TV wall-mounted, and the entire installation process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and mounted the TV on a full motion bracket. They also hung the sound bar right beneath the TV and hid all the wires. They also connected my DVR and DVD player to the TV and hid the wires.

Amazing service as always! I had ordered a mount online and was delivered missing a piece, geek squad had no issue swapping out the entire mount with a new one the had in their truck. They were quick, safe, awesome, and I would highly recommend!
