At first I wondered if the $250 price tag was a bit too much but as soon as they left I knew I got my money's worth. The two men that installed the TV were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves, in addition to wearing shoe coverings as soon as they entered. They were swift and precise in installing the TV's wall mount and then the TV itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to one and all.

The Geek Squad contractors that mounted my tv were professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my home. I highly recommend using them.

2 gentlemen came and remived our old TV, installed the new one and made sure it was working properly before they left. We had been notified of the appointment ahead of time and they arrived right on time. They were professional but very kind at the same time. They worked quickly and picked up after themselves. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and even made sure they said goodbye to our cat :-) We were very impressed! They're a credit to your business. THANK YOU!

The Geek Squad was the best two guys that have ever done work in our home. They knew their stuff and set up our new system in short order. Then they took the time to show and explain how to use the new TV and Sound Bar. Great guys, if I ever need the Geek Squad I hope these two guys return.

When I contracted my new 4K television to be installed by the Geek Squad I did so because of physical limitations I deal with and it was to be wall mounted. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed it put in within a certain period of time and not having dealt with any other installers of this type I decided to just pay up. After BB cancelled me out of my first appointment for no reason I chose an alternate date. When the date arrived my installation selected time was changed and I was informed a BB subcontractor would do the installation. Well all I can say was the installer arrived in time and was out of my home within 50 min. Everything was set up and explained to me. The work site was left clean. Some glitches at the get go but great install.

The technicians were on time, respectful, and efficient. My wife had questions about mounting options and they took their time to listen and guide us to deciding on what would work best for our setup. They unmounted our old tv and cleared up the mess from drilling as well as the packing material of the new tv.

Two installers from geek squad mounted and installed my new TV. Also explained how everything works. They did a great job, I couldn’t,t have been more pleased.

The install gentleman was very nice and explained everything he was doing. However, I was concerned when a crew of one showed up. The information on how to use the new system was less than thorough and I was sorry that my shorthand skills are no longer efficient. I went on line and saved the manual so I could review how to do things.

Jeremy was great! He made sure I was happy and made sure the tv was level! Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a tv installed.

The agents mounted my TV in a tight space, connected all devices. They made use of our whole house speakers and set everything up so it is simple for us to use They made suggestions for components that would achieve better results then those we had, and returned to store to bring them back. Everything we hoped to achieve was accomplished. Could not be any happier. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant

The Geek Squad was absolutely amazing!! They’re the only reason I’m giving the 5 star rating, My rating would be zero, due to the obnoxious amount of money Best Buy now charges to hang the TV’s, they now nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Almost $800 for 2 TV’s, I will never have them come again, I’ll find someone else, I don’t mind paying a small fee, but I was shocked my Total Geek Squad Membership no longer covers it. I will always use Geek Squad for computer issues only

The crew that came to my home to setup my tv did a fantastic job mounting my television. They even made recommendations to improve listening and viewing experience .

The Geek Squad techs did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were professional, and took extra time to make sure our TV set up was correct. It was a bit of a complicated mount, and they did a fantastic job!

The Geek Squad are geeks and that is the way you want it!! They setup a full-sized table with furniture pads to work on. They knew that my original TV wall mount would not work there because it was an interior wall with metal studs. Instead they offered one that they use a lot and it worked out great as I can see it from the side while doing things in the kitchen (with it pulled out a bit and turned toward the kitchen). They connected it to my cable TV box and checked all. My only criticism is that it was not perfectly leveled. I simply reached behind and found leveling adjustments were made easily by turning a screw a few times. Overall I would recommend the premier installation. They cart away all of the packing and l;eave the home neat.

We met yet another couple of Best Buy gurus today. Chase & Dan delivered (and installed) a new TV and a Roku device. Each person was unimaginably helpful and efficient. They explained each of their actions in detail. They each exceeded ALL known expectations. They were: Knowledgeable, Experienced, Candid, and incredibly Patient. They likely achieved a new level of geriatric certification as a by-product of our conversations. Please do your best to retain their expertise.

Had the geek squad to my house on two occasions to install tv mounts for my 65 inch televisions and they did a great job very professional and I highly recommend their service.

I am a Total Tech Best Buy customer and want to give SAL, Alex, and Zach, a HUGE SHOUT-OUT for their impeccable craftsmanship, stellar customer service, terrific follow-up, and their expert skill and knowledge!! My wife and I were looking at two other companies to install and mount our televisions, and am extremely ECSTATIC to have gone with Best Buy/Geek Squad, especially due to your amazing employee/colleague SAL! We are absolutely delighted with the two jobs that he spearheaded for us and are already looking to do a 3rd project with him.

Best Buy installers did an awesome job installing our home office tv. They were professional, hung tv as directed, and made sure work area was clean after install. We are very happy with the results.
