We were very impressed with our Geek Squad associate. He was by himself and we were surprised due to the size of TV and taking down our existing one. He flew through the install with ease and programed out remote to our X1 box and we were good to go.

I am a Total Tech Best Buy customer and want to give SAL, Alex, and Zach, a HUGE SHOUT-OUT for their impeccable craftsmanship, stellar customer service, terrific follow-up, and their expert skill and knowledge!! My wife and I were looking at two other companies to install and mount our televisions, and am extremely ECSTATIC to have gone with Best Buy/Geek Squad, especially due to your amazing employee/colleague SAL! We are absolutely delighted with the two jobs that he spearheaded for us and are already looking to do a 3rd project with him.

Geek Squad was professional, courteous and got right to work measuring to make sure my TV would be centered and placed right where I wanted. They were quick and cleaned up when done. Thanks!

Great service. I was notified a day prior to installation and again the day of the installation about arrival time. Service techs were very professional and fast. They were knowledgeable about the products and set up was complete and precise.

A very pleasant experience. Showed up on time, very knowledgeable about my products. The technician knew exactly what I wanted , which made the experience a lot better. First time using Geek Squad. Would use them again and highly recommend there services to everyone. Will definitely use them in the future when I move and need everything reinstalled

When we moved into our new home I decided I was not going to install any more TVs myself. We had the Geek Squad come out and put up three TVs on the wall mounts. It was a pleasure to come home and be able to sit down and watch the TV knowing I didn't have to put it up. Well worth the investment.

I got an appointment in two days after my tv purchase. The technicians were right on time, very polite, friendly and helpful. They truly did everything as stated; even showed me how to use it all. I hadn’t thought about hiding the wires, but they explained my different options so I could easily add it myself.

The Geek agents had to visit my house two times, because on the first visit, the brackets I had purchased didn't fit the TVs I had. So, they recommended 2 new TVs and 2 different new brackets, and on that day, set up a new appointment for installation. They were very professional, very thorough, and explained things well, so I could understand. I purchased what I needed according to the info they gave me; I returned the items that didn't work, and purchased new items the Geek Squad had recommended. The men came back on the day of the new appointment, unpacked, and installed all the new stuff and, . . . took away the equipment I no longer needed! When they were here the first time, I mentioned that I was taking care of a Mama Cat and four kittens, and wanted to see the kitties. And, the Geek Squad men were very gentle and good with the kitties. :-)

The Geek Squad installed our TV & checked to be sure they hooked up every device we had b4 & showed us how to use everything. They were knowledgeable, respectful & insalled everything in a timely manner.

The agents did a great job mounting my TV. And I had paid the extra $50 for them to run the HDMI and power cord cables through the wall, but since I already had the HDMI cable in there and I forgot that I already had an electrical outlet behind the old TV on the wall, I didn't need this extra service and Best Buy was nice enough to refund me the $50 back to my Best Buy card with no hassle.

The entire set up took 25mins. They came in ready to go and put booties on. Pro’s!. The 1st geek squad rep asked me where I wanted the tv. Then him and his partner got to work. One guy taped the wall and the other removed & set up the brackets. After the rep found the studs he taped a plastic bag on the wall under the spot where the screws would go. Why? Because the bag caught the dust from the drill!!! Pro’s! I had bought sound bar brackets and they installed that too. He had set up my wires and covered them with a device. Then he took and tied up my wires to make it look super clean. Took 20mins start to finish. But I said 25 at the beginning. So what happened in the last 5mins? The rep asked for my remote and then made sure my entire system was set up. He showed me I wasn’t using my tv’s full HDR potential and then programmed all the inputs from my other devices. My expectations were blown away. The final product is amazing. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family. Worth every penny!

The rep that showed up to do the install was great. He got in and out pretty quick. I felt it was a little pricey since all that needed to be done was mount the tv. He didn’t need to set up or program the tv so I felt a credit should have been given since that was part of what I paid for.

One word...Outstanding!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable installers. Went above and beyond by checking and replacing a speaker cord.

Have used either Geek squad or MAgnolia people 3 times now. Very professional and very careful with my home. Would not use anyone else. They always seem to be able to figure out a way to get the job done. All of my installs have been in walls, etc.

So glad we had Geek Squad mount our new inside tv and our patio tv! Did a great job. Personable and professional.

The agents mounted our TV and connected all our devices in just a few minutes. They knew exactly how and what to do . We appreciated them so much . They did not keave a mess either .

The guys that came over to install my TV were very kind and efficient! They walked through the process and were very speedy. They made sure my Xbox was properly attached so I can enjoy all of my streaming. They asked if I had any questions because they had all of the answers :) I love the work they did :)

Agents arrived and very courteous. Pulled mounting bracket out of box, made connections on televisionn and attached to wall. Checked for balances Finished in no time.
