Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Samsung TV. They were able to use the existing mounting bracket so I was able to return the new bracket that I purchased with the TV. They were experienced with the TV and stepped me through the TV setup. And they took away the old TV (service I paid for) and all of the packaging for the new TV.

The guys did a fantastic job setting up our tv and soundbar. They also showed us how to use it. They were especially good at helping us with the placement on the wall and cleaned up when finished. Thank you guys!!!

The agents mounted my TV & connected all my devices including cable & an older DVDs player we had been unable to figure out the connections. They were knowledgable & polite ; & cleaned up after themselves.

I was in good hands! The Geek Squad folks came as a duo during the selected timeslot and guided me through the process of how they were going to connect and mount the TV. I never did a wall mount before so this was brand new to me and they patiently explained me how they were going to do it and what decisions I had to help them make. In about 2-3 hours time, everything was set up and ready to go. They even taught me a few tricks with the TV and connected all my other devices (Apple TV, sound bar, Switch) as well. I'm so glad I called and had them do it. Saved me so much trouble and time.

Roy was outstanding I couldn't believe how quickly, efficiently and beautifully he installed my new TV. He even saved me money by returning the mounting bracket I had purchased, as he determined the one currently in place was capable of handling the new unit. He also took the time to explain how to use the features of the new unit, and he took away all the boxes and packing materials. He was wonderful!

They were AWESOME. Ask me all the important questions to make sure my TV was mounted to my liking. Reviewed everything with me after the mounting was completed. I would like for them to come back out for any of my future purchases.

The 2 young men were efficient, knowledgeable, polite. They answered questions and took the old TV and boxes with them.

The geek squad first was on time. Second they had great customer service and were showing me step by step of what they were doing. They did not waste their time they knew what they needed to do and completed the installation and informed me before they left and showed me the finished product. I was very very please of thei excellent work . Give that team a raise in pay!!!

The Geek Squad was wonderful. They mounted two TV’s and hooked up all the devices as requested. They made sure we knew how to work everything and even left us their card and told us we could call or text anytime. We were very pleased!

The Best Buy techs installed two 70" flat-screen TVs..The also installed it's attendant articulating wall mount..Everything went flawlessly on my installation (s)..

Installers were very prompt and professional. I lost my screws, but they had some back ups to install without any issues would highly recommend.

Was contemplating whether to use Geek Squad for installation but they did an excellent job. Their main concern is making sure the tv is placed perfectly for you, and they are quick and professional. Highly recommended.

This wall mount is great! It has the adjustments needed to get your TV in the correct position. The Geek Squad took care of all installation.

I have used Best Buy install on numerous occasions. And I have not been disappointed. I encourage anyone who is not satisfied, speak to the installers communicate. If I ever had a concern or issue I have communicated with them directly, and we have been able to resolve any concerns. Set an expectation for how you want the finished project to look, prior to them, beginning work, and iron out any wrinkles. I have just been so pleased with the service at Best Buy offers.

called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, practices safe distancing,etc. hung my TV, cleaned up the dust from drilling in the wall,,,,,everything went EXCELLENT!!! Couldn't have asked for better service!!!
