The Geek Squad gives excellent service. They are very reliable and I would highly recommend them. They installed my tv and receiver very fast and they are very knowledgeable.

The two technicians knew exactly how to correct the problem caused by the first installation. They were courteous, efficient and competent. The sea gentlemen clearly were skilled and knowledgeabl.

The Geek Squad took less than 1 hour to: Dismount old TV Adjust mounting bracket to handle new TV Mount new 65” Sony TV Configure and Setup new Sony TV and Connect to my DISH receiver Quality work completed in a very short time. True professionals.

The guys arrived promptly despite the snow, and they knew how to set up the mount and television. They listened to me and had a sense of humor. I appreciated the tutorial of the remote control features.

Installers arrived per schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. TV mounted precisely and neatly. Basic functionality of TV and sound-bar (+ sub-woofer) explained. Process went quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly after installation.

These guys,( and gals) are good, fast and explain everything. I felt like I was taught very well. It is a learning experience and every time I delve into all the features I always find out more of it's features. The install crew are GREAT.

The Geek Squad were punctual, very polite and wore the shoe coverings before entering my home. They unmounted a television that I no longer wanted and installed or remounted a new 65 inch Smart TV in its place. They tested the TV to make sure it was working correctly and went over the instructions with me about operating the new televison. They also cleaned up all the packaging and took that with them when they left. Thank you again for doing a fantastic job.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV, I had a 77 inch OLED tv mounted. I did not want to have to hang it myself, did not want to risk damaging a $3000 tv. They did a great job and go everything programmed and hooked up for us. They were professional and very helpful. The only issue is that there is a super tiny micro chip in the screen that I did not see during installation. It is only seen if you are within like 2-3 feet of the screen and it is off to the bottom right of the screen. Not sure if it came like that from LG or if it was done during installation. Not a huge deal but that is my only thing I could think of that I was kind of disappointed in.

Agend mounted and connected my TV to the streaming devices, great service. A 5 start for their professional work. Mike and team even provided recommendation about the wire setup.

The installers were great. Very friendly and very professional. They encountered a few problems which they were able to quickly solve. So often this is not the case, so I really appreciated it.
