Every time I buy major appliances, I always go to Best Buy because of the installation, set up, and haul away service. I recently bought a 75in TV and installation was quick and the techs came on time.

They did a great job. However Best Buy charged us an extra $129.99 because it was over a fire place. Geek Squad didn't have to do anything extra - they were in and out is an hour and a half as they were able to use our existing mounting. We feel the extra $129.99 was just a money maker for Best Buy.

they where very professional and quick plus showed us how to use everything. worth the money cuz if they mount it and screw up the tv they fix it. i had no problems however

The geek squad first was on time. Second they had great customer service and were showing me step by step of what they were doing. They did not waste their time they knew what they needed to do and completed the installation and informed me before they left and showed me the finished product. I was very very please of thei excellent work . Give that team a raise in pay!!!

Unfortunately, they were late for my appointment. No call to say they would be late. With this said, the two installers were very good at what they did. They were very personable, and knew what they were dealing with. No complaints regarding the installation. Just did not like the extra wait and change in my schedule.

Geek squad did an excellent job installing my TV. They even went back after I requested to have the HDMI plugged in. Very professional to deal with.

Perfect fit and function on a challenging wall made of stacked stone. Geek Squad were a husband and wife team that drove from out of state to complete the install. Very happy with the product and even more happy with the quality and attention to detail on the install.

The Geek Squad service is the best period. They installed, mounted, setup, and connected 3 4k tvs is a quick and professional manner .I purchased the tech package, which paid for itself with all the services provided. No company can beat best buy and the geek squad.

Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

The guys were super professional and really took the time. The took the TV off the wall three times, until we were completely satisfied with the placement. Absolute no-brainer to us as the mounting gives ultimate peace of mind!

The guys from geek squad were fantastic! They listened to all of my requests on how and where I wanted the TV mounted and took great care to get everything done right. They made sure all the cabling was neat and ordered, that all my components worked correctly and showed me how to use them. Worth every penny to have them professionally mount my new TV; I’ve done it myself before, but their knowledge and experience got it done so much. faster than I ever could. Thanks guys!

When I contracted my new 4K television to be installed by the Geek Squad I did so because of physical limitations I deal with and it was to be wall mounted. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed it put in within a certain period of time and not having dealt with any other installers of this type I decided to just pay up. After BB cancelled me out of my first appointment for no reason I chose an alternate date. When the date arrived my installation selected time was changed and I was informed a BB subcontractor would do the installation. Well all I can say was the installer arrived in time and was out of my home within 50 min. Everything was set up and explained to me. The work site was left clean. Some glitches at the get go but great install.

These guys know what they are doing. Seamless installation, very efficient and clean. They were friendly and gave great suggestions.

Three guys showed up, each worked independently to prep the wall mount, unpacking the tv and prepped the surround bar and system for install. Hung the tv, set up the surround system and gave a run down of operation. Very smooth, efficient and thorough process.

Two agents did a fantastic job installing a bracket and new TV over a mantle. There wasn't a speck of sawdust left. They moved the old TV, took all the packaging, set up the channels and wifi, explained how to use it, and left me with a big grin on my face. I will never try to install something myself again. Makes my Total Tech membership worth every penny. Plus, I have paid for the membership in savings every year I've had it. Thank you Best Buy!!

WHEN the ACTUAL geeks showed up, it was fantastic! The two guys that came last night went out of their way to do an excellent job, very professional, very knowledgeable! Not like the guys that were first sent to install this TV so we understand we’re contracted and a third-party. That was very disappointing and if my husband hadn’t Stopped that install and waited for actual Geek Squad installers, no telling what kind of a mess we would’ve had today. Just have to say that we appreciate the efforts that you guys made in coming late in the day yesterday to make it right and the TV is on the wall and more comfortable with how sturdy it is and the job they did. Kudos to them!

The guys that came were extremely knowledgeable, very quick and very helpful in showing me how to use my new television. They were also very interactive with my 3 year old who had to be involved in everything, and know what everything was, so he could later mimic everything they did after leaving. I appreciated THAT most of all, because we lost my husband in August and he did all that stuff with Daddy. I also appreciated the extra time to be able to add all of my streaming services and making sure that I was able to sign into all of them. Thank you so much Geek Squad!
