The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

They did a wonderful job hooking the mount top the wall and Tv no wires showing and explained how everything operates also cleaned their mess up very satisfied would have them again very professional

This is a big TV and Geek squad did a fantastic job mounting it on my wall. They are so professional and courteous. Explained me everything in detail and answers all my questions with patience. I highly recommend GeekSq for all installations.

Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.

Two guys came out and put up 3 TV's for me. Great guys, very, very fast. Full set up, hooked up my apple TV's, RokuTV's and my cable boxes. Everything worked great. They did all 3 TV's in about an hour. Very professional.

I purchased a large TV and paid to have the Geek Squad do the installation. I am very happy with the service they provided. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I was also pleased at how well they made everything in my home connect together. They also made excellent recommendations to improve my system. I added a few components which they had in their vehicle. I am very pleased with the entire package and how helpful the Geek Squad was. The agents dismounted and mounted my new TV in a very short time, as they were very efficient and completely professional. They also hauled away my old TV, which was quite helpful.

I can honestly say the delivery, unboxing and wall mounting of my large (and HEAVY) tv was the BEST installation experience I have had from any retail company. Justin & his team showed a professionalism and friendliness that went beyond just getting the job done. Even though there were problems with the television itself, he made sure we were taken care of by arranging a replacement, and coming back to complete the job himself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geek Squad for ANY delivery & installation job after his excellent experience. I only wish other companies showed this kind of dedication and respect for their customers.
