I gave four stars because I don't think the cost was a little high for the amount of work done. They did a good job of mounting the TV. One of the speakers is a little off on alignment but I think I can correct it. I think the cost should be $50 cheaper.

James was the Geek tech who came to install my wall mount TV. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in helping me navigate my new TV. I hope James is the installer for my next purchase. He really knows his stuff!

The agents mounted our TV and connected it to all devices. They were careful and very professional.

I cannot say enough about the installation on my TV, Sound Bar and Wall mount. They were there when they said they would be, they quickly and cleanly installed everything and did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation.

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

The guys who helped hang my TV on the wall couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They respected my house, kept their distance with social distancing guidelines in effect, and also wore their masks the entire time. The TV took some time to get on the wall, but that was to be expected because the wall we were mounting the TV on has a firewall about 5 inches behind the drywall which cannot be easily drilled into. Also, the the TV is 75 inches and quite heavy, so they took great care in planning things out making sure everything was safe and stable. The studs were also spaces a little oddly on that particular wall, but they rolled with it and took care of things nicely. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to have someone hang a TV for them.

The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

The team that showed up to install the tv were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had it installed a lot quicker than I expected. They were very knowledgeable about the tv and were able to answer any questions we had. They also helped get all of our services setup and working before they left.

Our installer, Peter and David from the El Centro Geek Squad were awesome! Peter and David were very professional, they measured where we want our TV and sound bar mounted. They double checked and triple checked the measurements making sure everything is centered. Peter set up our remote so we could control everything on one remote. After installation, Peter was showing us how th rv worked a d notices our wifi was lagging. Made a recommendation on how we can upgrade with our provider. We did that the next day, and our wifi speed quadruple. If Peter had not tell us we can get an upgrade, we would still be stuck with an outdated router. Peter and David cleaned up everything and in our opinion, went above and beyond. We are enjoying our new TV. Thank you Peter and David and Geek Squad.

Jose was wonderful! He mounted my tv and connected all my devices. He was patient answering all my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call the Geek Squad again!

Best Buy is always my favorite place to purchase anything that needs to be installed because your Geeks are just the BEST! They always know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. PLUS they are always thoughtful, kind and even FUN! GREAT JOB!!!!

The guys were so patient and very respectful. They explain everything about the installation and made some suggestions to have a better view and clean wall for the tv installation.

The team that delivered , mounted, and setup my new TV was absolutely great. Can't say enough praise. Due to them everything went smooth, no stone unturned. They even cleaned up surrounding installation area, as well as hauled all packaging away with them. Now that's class.

The Geek Squad peeps that came out to install this Amazing TV did an amazing job. They mounted it very easily and didn't make a mess at all. They were more than cordial and professional which is the best thing you can ask for. They took their timing explaing everything about the TV and getting it all set up with my apps and profile etc...Side note....Love the picture. Love the sound. Great from any angle. Glare from window is almost non existent or at the very least not a nuisance. Love Sony TVs and this by far is the best, especially when Geek squad installed it perfectly.

I would give my installation grew 10 stars if I could. Three geek squad members made it a fast and professional install. Best Buy is lucky to have these three.

The Geek Squad was amazing! They are professional, fast and so good! They installed our TV on the wall and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I will never have another installation other than these guys. Perfectly centered and they take into consideration all the things you would not think of - like distance from the door, light from the window, etc. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!

The Geek Squad agents knew exactly what they were doing. They installed our TV quickly and right the first time. Then their instruction was fantastic. Simple easy to understand instruction and we knew how to control our new TV.

Sound & picture are excellent. GS install the TV. The guy from GS did a excellent job he was knowledgeable, and installation was on point answer all question and was VERY polite and nice wouldn’t have NOBODY but GS install any and all electronics in my home!! Thank you
