Unfortunately, they were late for my appointment. No call to say they would be late. With this said, the two installers were very good at what they did. They were very personable, and knew what they were dealing with. No complaints regarding the installation. Just did not like the extra wait and change in my schedule.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. The geek squad team came and installed four Tvs for my Airbnb. Very professional and great service.

Our Geek guy was awesome! He brought in our TV and went right to work. He was very friendly and very efficient. Setting the TV up to all the outlets and recepticals was easily completed and he knew exactly how to hook up the modem and Xfinity box. It would have taken us a week to do all that he did in minutes. Our new Smart TV exceeds any previous TV’s we have had. The price was perfect, the picture is amazing, everything works perfectly. The price to install our new TV was a little steep (it was half the cost of the TV itself), but we could not have done it ourselves. This was a most pleasant experience for us. Thanks so much for giving us such a great experience.

The team did a great job, arrived on time and installed the mount easily. Weren't able to move the outlet due to where we had the tv mounted, but they explained why and helped us return the outlet kits that we had purchased

I ordered a tv for Father’s Day and the installation was above expectations. Naht only did they install the tv adding a new wall mount they put up my moms tv as well for no added fees! Thanks, Best Buy!

The agent mounted my 5 TVs on the walls. installed my equipment. And program it. Then explain everything to us. The agent is very respectful, knowledgeable super nice. The whole experience was excellent I recommend it 100 %

Geek Squad is the only reason I buy all my TVs from Best Buy. They deliver, set up everything, will relocate my current TV to another room I want, remove the boxes and will come back out and pick the TV up if I have any issues. And if you are a TotalTech member it's free. Other companies won't set up the TV, nor bring it inside your house, if they do offer install and wall mounts, it's separate from delivery, etc... If there's a problem, that's a whole other issue. Now with TotalTech you even get a free 2 yr warranty.

Have to say I questioned whether it was worth the money, but the answer is absolutely yes. The techs were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to assemble/install the TV in a fraction of the time it would have taken me, and I never would have figured out how to setup the TV which they did brilliantly!

The two guys that installed our 98” Samsung did an excellent job. The TV is a monster and weighs over 150 pounds requiring a heavy duty wall mount bolted securely and squarely into the 2x6 wall studs Using an electronic wall scanner. No fuss no muss in and out in an hour Interfacing the TV with the other electronics and going over the TV settings was a snap. Very professional and polite

I was very pleased with the efficiency, and accuracy of the installation. They arrived within the allotted time, calling 15-20 minutes before to say they were on the way. They were calm, polite and obviously had worked together for a while, with each one doing their set task. TV was mounted exacted where and how I wanted, with very little fuss or movement of furniture. I have a very small apt which they adapted to easily. VERY PLEASED.

The guys came out right on rime with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of rhe items I purchased. They were willing ro assist with anything needed to complete the job. When they were done they cleaned and disposed of empty boxes from my home. After all that I was given a tutorial along with the setup and was given access to call at anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Great job!

The BestBuy representative ( worker) installed and connected all the cables from the smart Samsung TV as well as the sound bar. Everything was done professionally. He was very courteous.

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.
