Best TV for imagen quality and sound. The price is the best

The two guys that installed our 98” Samsung did an excellent job. The TV is a monster and weighs over 150 pounds requiring a heavy duty wall mount bolted securely and squarely into the 2x6 wall studs Using an electronic wall scanner. No fuss no muss in and out in an hour Interfacing the TV with the other electronics and going over the TV settings was a snap. Very professional and polite

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV, I had a 77 inch OLED tv mounted. I did not want to have to hang it myself, did not want to risk damaging a $3000 tv. They did a great job and go everything programmed and hooked up for us. They were professional and very helpful. The only issue is that there is a super tiny micro chip in the screen that I did not see during installation. It is only seen if you are within like 2-3 feet of the screen and it is off to the bottom right of the screen. Not sure if it came like that from LG or if it was done during installation. Not a huge deal but that is my only thing I could think of that I was kind of disappointed in.

Technician was very nice and explained as he went along. Went the extra mile to mount my TV since some hardware was missing that i wasn't aware of before hand. No complaints on his skill set and professionalism. Only concern I had was my surround sound could not be hooked up to new TV and was never disconnected from the power. Couple days later I tried to move unit, cords were so tight it would not move and unit was extremely hot due to vents were facing down on carpet. I finally was able to get unit untangled and obviously unplugged.

Great jobs setting up my new 55 in tv. Arrived on time very knowledgeable. He went over everything with me. Clean up everything. Everything done timely. It’s was worth me paying to have third done. This company was great. Great job!!!

The agents were friendly and quick. Asked questions on where I wanted the TV. Mounted the TV sturdily to the wall. They took all the trash with them when they left. Great expierence.

called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, practices safe distancing,etc. hung my TV, cleaned up the dust from drilling in the wall,,,,,everything went EXCELLENT!!! Couldn't have asked for better service!!!

The Geekers did a great job. We already had a heavy duty wall mount for the set we were replacing, but it turned out that the mounting hardware on our new TV was placed far lower than on the set we replaced. So the guys completely removed the wall mount and re-installed lower it so that the new set’s location was perfect. They then reconnected our HDMI cables, programmed our cable remote for the new set, and tested everything. Finally they cleaned the room completely and even carried our old TV out to my car so that I could re-home it at a friend’s house. Very professional, and very friendly.

So happy that I allowed the Geek Squad install my new TV. There was a problem with where the studs were located and they figured out the best way to mount at the proper height. Courteous and professional they cleaned up any debris and answered any questions. They also made sure that the set was working and gave mini lesson of use. The installation fee was worth it.

These guys were quick,and on point with set up and cleaned up afterwards.

They arrived ahead of schedule mounted the TV bracket and TV, hooked up all my peripheral equipment, tested everything to make sure it worked. They spent about 20 minutes showing us all the basic operations. I’m an electrical engineer, but I was please and very impressed with the service and kindness of the technicians not to mention product knowledge

Fabulous work, very knowledgable. TV was installed on wall quickly and all stations were programed, and then we were taught how to access channels.

Technicians were excellent in mounting my TV & preparing it for watch ready! Awesome job. The mount I originally purchased apparently was not ideal but luckily the technician had a different one in his truck for me to purchase

Are used the geek squad service to mount my TV and I highly recommend the service for TV mounting. My technician was very friendly and helpful and was neat. Also, the geek squad was good at communicating what time they were going to come. Didn’t leave in a huge timeframe where I was wondering all day long when they were coming. When the technician was here, he was gone within the hour but also didn’t rush which I appreciate.
