These guys are amazing! They installed the tv over the fireplace, hid all the wires and installed my internet and streaming service. We are older and had no idea how to use the new tv, let alone the streaming service. They set it all up and made easy for us to use. Then they gave me their phone number to call with any needs or questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny!

The Qeek Squad mounted my Full Motion Wall Mount, 65” TV, Sound Bar, and DVD player in about an hour and a half. Excellent job!

I gave four stars because I don't think the cost was a little high for the amount of work done. They did a good job of mounting the TV. One of the speakers is a little off on alignment but I think I can correct it. I think the cost should be $50 cheaper.

The service technician did an excellent job in mounting the HDTV to the wall, taking my requirements into consideration. He thoroughly explained how to access the cable stations and the streaming sites. He did an excellent job in clearing out all the packaging materials and the old HDTV.

TV mount was a success. Not only did Isaac mount fast, he also helped connect the TV to the network and assisted with my WiFi/router.

Geek Squad Agents expediently installed, mounted new 65 inch smart tv. Agents were accommodating & knowledgeable when presented with insufficient equipment for existing/new tv.

We had a 65-inch Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV installed by the Geek Squad and they did an outstanding job. Dustin & Kaden were the techs and they know what they are doing, it did not take them very long to mount and install the TV. They answered every question we had and even told us things we should do so we could enjoy TV viewing even more. If I could request what techs to come in my home and install various items it would be Dustin & Kaden. The are total professionals at what they do and they know what they are doing.

They were friendly and courteous. Three TV was installed quickly and the old TV was taken away. The only problem was that the next day we realized that they had left the remote for the old TV and taken the remotefor the TV small TV we were using when to old one stopped working. The Best Buy store gave us a universal remote with no questions.

The agents were on time and they mounted my tv perfectly. They verified the spot I wanted and cleaned up any dust left behind.

Bryan is our in-home consultant & Leon was the tech. Excellent service from all three gentlemen. Yes. The third is a nice gentleman who travels and helps Leon. Always asking how they can help more. We recently purchased large TV & other items. The best of the experience is how Bryan comes to our home and visualizes how everything will look and work. Excellent knowledgable & Professional. Leon and his assistant always sharing tips and very informative when came to explain all the settings and how to get more great experiences with the products we purchased. Excellent service especially the great employee's Best But has.

I am so happy with my new tv. The men who came to install it couldn't have been more helpful and preofessional. They went above and beyond to make everything clear. I very much appreciated it and it confirmed that being a Geek Squad loyal member is definitely worth it!

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! The agents that came out were great !! They installed the wall mount very quickly and installed my tv on it . They also hooked up my devices to it and everything is amazing !!

The guys from Geek Squad were in and out of our house! They had fixed the mount from the previous install and made sure our tv looked amazing
