The two gentlemen who installed my TV mount were both friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They made sure the TV was perfectly level, neatly concealed all the cords, and even plugged everything back in to test it before heading out to their next appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and smooth service from start to finish.

The agents were helpful and did a great job mounting our TV. They also answered our questions about the TV and finding our way around our first Smart TV. We love where it is on our wall.

These guys,( and gals) are good, fast and explain everything. I felt like I was taught very well. It is a learning experience and every time I delve into all the features I always find out more of it's features. The install crew are GREAT.

The Geek Squad came and unboxed my 75” LG TV and mounted it and set up and had it running with no problems very quickly. Very professional.

Was glad I opted to pay for mounting vs doing myself -they were very careful with tv and my wall -pointing out tips and recommendations was an added bonus- so much better than ordering off of Amazon or online retailer -worth having the expertise. Also worth mentioning it was performed faster I could have done it myself.

I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

I purchased a large TV and paid to have the Geek Squad do the installation. I am very happy with the service they provided. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I was also pleased at how well they made everything in my home connect together. They also made excellent recommendations to improve my system. I added a few components which they had in their vehicle. I am very pleased with the entire package and how helpful the Geek Squad was. I would highly recommend them to others for a smooth and painless TV or other electronic install.

The geek squad team that came to the house was great. They were quick, knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate everything before they left. I would definitely recommend them for an installation

Hiram was extremely kind, helpful & patient. He came back to finish the job when Spectrum had not done something properly. Hiram came back as promised and made things work even though it disrupted his schedule. We cannot thank him enough. It would have been easy to just blame the problem on Spectrum and not finish the job (since he couldn't without cable working), which would have required us to call Best Buy again & start the whole process over. Hiram is a valuable asset to the company.

I had a wonderful TV delivery and mounting experience. The Geek Squad guys were friendly, discussed how they planned to mount the TV and then executed the plan to perfection. I was very pleased with the efficiency, and accuracy of the installation. They arrived within the allotted time, calling 15-20 minutes before to say they were on the way. They were calm, polite and obviously had worked together for a while, with each one doing their set task. TV was mounted exacted where and how I wanted, with very little fuss or movement of furniture. I have a very small apt which they adapted to easily. VERY PLEASED.

They did an excellent job. They were really quick and knowledgeable. Even after I had a slight problem with the sound they can right back and fixed it.

I had geek squad install a 70 inch tv on my wall. They showed up on time and were very fast with the install. They knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up, went above and beyond and cleaned up everything they did. Great job

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing my TV and giving me a little training on operation of it.

We already had a mount on the wall. Geek Squad came out and set up all the channels for us. Service was great. The Geek guys were extremely nice and professional.
