The agents were excellent both with installation and overall knowledge. Unfortunately my first TV was bad out of the box but the lead agent took it upon himself to set everything up again for him personally to come back out to house with new TV. Even though it was weeks later, I felt the gentleman genuinely cared about the situation so was worth the wait.

Rodney and his crew were awesome. They arrived at my home on 08/22/25, to complete an install and went right to work. Once the tv mount was installed and the tv put in place - I was brief on how to setup the account and the guys were out. My daughter loves her new set. Great job guys!

Works great! Holds my TV which is at the top of the square inch range. Love it! The Geek Squad put everything up where I wanted it and they did it very professionally!

The Geek Squaders, Gregory and Michael were AWESOME!! My TV had not been working and my internet providers, who came to my house several times to try to figure out my internet issues, told me that the reason my TV wasn't working was because the TV was dead. I bought another one from Best Buy and Gregory & Michael came to remove the old TV and install my new one. Within about 5 minutes of looking at my TV that they were removing, they changed a few connections and told me my TV was fine. They were WAY more knowledgeable than at least about 20 of my internet provider's employees. Gregory and Michael provided fabulous service!!

The team was great. They were efficient, professional and patient with me when I needed to remember my password for my Samsung account. I highly recommend them!

The Geek Squad did a great job of hooking up my tv and soundbar and mounting them on the wall. Clean neat and fast

Being a Total Tech customer used to bring great value. While I truly needed assistance to install my tv mounts & tv's I could barely contain myself at the cost to perform the service for each installation on top of my annual membership of which I do not use the services of their techs-perts every year. The installations were completed and I am satisfied it was done I am still absorbing the total cost in all matters of deep breaths.

The techs that mounted the tv on my patio was very knowledgeable and professional.

I purchases an 85" Bravia and included the set-up. Great technicians. The primary technician even helped be replace my purchased mount with one cheaper and more appropriate for my set-up. They could have cleaned up better from the dust from drilling the installation holes though.

The rep From the geek squad was excellent. The mounting done of the 65 inch TV was done perfectly. The rep was patient and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend this service.

The Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and did an excellent job of installing and setting up our new television, stand, and sound bar. They explained the operation of the new equipment very well and answered our questions. Our only disappointment was we could not make a telephone contact with them afterwards about a question we had so we had to do so bu contacting the local Best Buy tech people.

Team kept me informed of their schedule and expected delivery time. They arrived on time. They were very friendly and very professional. They worked quickly with confidence and obvious experience. They answered all questions and demonstrated how to operate the TV and wall mount. They cleaned up afterwards and carried boxes and trash with them.

I had BestBuy deliver and install my 85” QN90C Samsung television and couldn’t have been more happy with it. Arrived on time and very professional throughout. They even removed my old TV from the wall and disposed it and all of the packaging material and box.

Geek Squad guys were on time and efficient. Answered all my questions and got my tv all set up and sound bar connected.

Jacob was outstanding. He arrived promptly on May 3rd and helped me tremendously with everything! He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, talented, expert, efficient, understanding and very clear in his ability to explain the complete set up. Jacob is an asset to Best Buy. Thank you very much!!!!

Technicians were excellent in mounting my TV & preparing it for watch ready! Awesome job. The mount I originally purchased apparently was not ideal but luckily the technician had a different one in his truck for me to purchase
