I was very impressed how professional my TV installation was. It was mounted perfectly and with care. They also gave me a quick demo.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. Installation team arrived on time - early, actually. Installation was done quickly and well. Team explained some useful features on device, knowledgeably answered any questions i had, and would readily have stayed as long as required had i had more questions.

The agent did an excellent job in the mounting and installation of the TV. Very informative and helpful. Left valuable resources for us to review later.

It was done quickly with no mess left behind. The TV looks great, and the mount exceeds what we originally expecte, it even turns smoothly with the 80” TV to almost 90 degrees.

The agents mounted our new 75” tv perfectly to our existing wall mount. Very professional & courteous in every way. Called before coming, we’re there when they said they would be, etc. Overall, very pleased with the Geek Squad!

I didnt have time to do in home advising and set up a 2nd appointment for mounting so I opted to be advised over the phone. I was under the belief that the in-wall cord concealment and price quoted included everything needed for installation. Comparing the rates to other 3rd party mounting services it seemed like the best choice. During the appointment I was notified that and an additional piece of equipment (to extend the power supply inwall) would be needed, but they did not have this because the original order notes did not specify in wall cord concealment. Due to the increase in price, and inability to wait for a 2nd appointment I opted to go with a regular cable management system (also additional cost). I was contacted promptly by a manager to adjust the pricing of the service since I had been overcharged. Although the customer service aspect was great and handled the issue quickly and professionally, I wasn't thrilled that overall i ended up paying more vs 3rd party mounting and didn't end up with what I initially wanted.

The technicans were on time,mounted the tv with aligning in mind, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and identified themselves. Made sure we knew how to operate the tv. We were satisified. They quoted if any questions/problems to please contact Best Buy. I would recommend Best Buy to friends.

I am so happy that I paid additional money for Geek Squad to set my tv and equipment up. They did an amazing and professional job. Was done quickly and looks perfect. They techs were super friendly, polite, and very professional. Well worth my money. They set everything up and all I had to do was click the remote. Even got my apps set up as well. Doesn’t get any easier than that. And I know my equipment is set up correctly and working at its best possibilities. Looks beautiful and so professional. Perfect! Pay the money and let them do it right.

We go the installing and un-installing service and we are very satisfied with the professionalism of the techs. They were polite , knowledgeable and performed the job with efficiency.

Fast and efficient. Very professional. I had my own mount and they used it no problem. The left no mess and configured the audio on the TV for the space. Absolutely no complaints, would absolutely use again!

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! What nice guys and a great installation experience!

The agents were on time, professional, courteous and did a great job with my 65 inch Insignia tv, mounting to my wall. Looks great.

They were friendly and courteous. Three TV was installed quickly and the old TV was taken away. The only problem was that the next day we realized that they had left the remote for the old TV and taken the remotefor the TV small TV we were using when to old one stopped working. The Best Buy store gave us a universal remote with no questions.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!
