The Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and did an excellent job of installing and setting up our new television, stand, and sound bar. They explained the operation of the new equipment very well and answered our questions. Our only disappointment was we could not make a telephone contact with them afterwards about a question we had so we had to do so bu contacting the local Best Buy tech people.

The agents removed and remounted not only the LG TV I purchased, but the new TV wall mount. They also reprogrammed my Harmony Elite to meet all my needs. Anthony and Jason were my installers and I was extremely satisfied. They answered all m6 questions and provided me contact information if I had any future questions. My only complaint was during the purchase process. I waited nearly an hour and a half in the store after going through the kiosk before I was met with a sales associate. In fact, I had to go back to the kiosk after waiting that long before I gasworks an associate and asked for assistance. At that time the sale was completed. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WAIT!!!!

The technicians were professional courteous and thorough. They ensure all devices worked along with training us how to best utilize.

The geek squad was on time and did a great job of hanging our tv on our wall and did set up and connection in a mannerly time . Was worth the extra to have them do this for us. Also cleared the area of trash and was very knowledgeable. thanks

At first I was skeptical of purchasing this service but doing so was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Well worth the cost. The Geek Squad was so professional and they did amazing work during the install.

The Geek Squad techs delivered the tv, completed the set-up within the existing system - including desired apps, synced up the remotes and patiently explained all the operational/navigational steps to my mother in-law - they were very courteous and efficient but not rushed. We were very pleased with the process and the two agents.

Second time we used the service and had friendly gentleman come do they exchanged the tvs very quickly in and out in about 45 minutes the update to the tv took the longest time but stayed to make sure everything worked

Geek Squad Agents expediently installed, mounted new 65 inch smart tv. Agents were accommodating & knowledgeable when presented with insufficient equipment for existing/new tv.

Was unsure about paying the extra money for installation and setup. For a 65 inch tv the service was well worth it. They did a nice job setting up and making sure the tv was hooked into my surround system and other devices and gave me tips.

The Rep that installed our tv on August 5, 2023 was great! He was very professional yet friendly! Was able to set everything up with ease! We were a little nervous because it wasn't a Geek Squad rep, but I would highly recommend him again to do an install! We wanted the tv installed sooner than the Geek Squad was available. I think his name was William. Thanks for a great job!!

Bryan is our in-home consultant & Leon was the tech. Excellent service from all three gentlemen. Yes. The third is a nice gentleman who travels and helps Leon. Always asking how they can help more. We recently purchased large TV & other items. The best of the experience is how Bryan comes to our home and visualizes how everything will look and work. Excellent knowledgable & Professional. Leon and his assistant always sharing tips and very informative when came to explain all the settings and how to get more great experiences with the products we purchased. The Best Buy squad that came into our home to install and mount our TV was great. They were professional and clean and picked everything up when done. They even hooked up our remote and showed us how to use everything. They were very professional and fast!

The Geek Squad agents knew exactly what they were doing. They installed our TV quickly and right the first time. Then their instruction was fantastic. Simple easy to understand instruction and we knew how to control our new TV.

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. Terrible terrible communication
