Great service from the guys who came out I would recommend this service to all Who have any back problems these guys hosted the TV up on the wall with no problem it's a little pricey but if you can afford it well worth it

Best Buy did a fabulous job of setting up our new 65” Sony Bravia. We could not be happier with the friendly professional service provided by the installers.

They came, mounted the tv, sold me a spare cable, and it looks great. There were a couple gotchas though. First, the cables. It's best to buy all the cables you need ahead of time. I needed 1 12 foot HDMI, it was $55. Since they were running it though the wall, I took the hit. Second, they said to run power through the wall, since I didn't have an outlet behind the tv, they needed to use a kit. It was an extra $85. Since I wasn't made aware of this, the sales guys at Best Buy covered the $85. Just be aware if you don't have an outlet up high, you'll need the kit. I'm happy with how the sales people handled it, and pleased with the install.

The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He also came a little earlier than my scheduled appointment.

First Shawn came out to help me figure out where to place a new tv in a fairly limited space near a corner in the bedroom. He was very helpful in deciding what size the new tv could be given the space available. Really helped me a lot!! Then Justin came out to do the installation and was great! Very polite and efficient - answered my several questions and helped me to choose the absolute best spot for the new tv to be wall mounted. Very pleased with both Geek Squad guys!!

I have a 65in LG CurvedScreen Tv. Darrell and his crew did a fabulous job mounting the tv,soundbar and cable box. All you see is the tv. Very professional and neat

The agents who came out to mount TV were very professional. Did a great job with he install. They even helped me move the furniture that the old TV sat on to another location in the house.

Zach and Andrew came and mounted our 75" TV above the fireplace on a tilt wall mount. They were friendly and very knowledgable. They got right to work and finished the job quickly. I was confident in their abilities and enjoyed chatting with them as they worked.

Before moving on quickly to mount our TVs, they asked questions and made sure that they were mounted at the best spot for comfortable viewing. They tied up loose cables and kept all wirings neatly tucked. The agents were well prepared, quick, and precise in mounting our TVs. We are very pleased with their performance and they put our satisfaction their priority. If we ever need any future Geek Squad Total Tech Support, we would surely ask for them again.

The installation went off with no problem, and he did it very quickly. The person who was assigned was professional and offered some tips on how to use the tv.

He had his assistant or very helpful explain throughout the process and which they were doing, as well as giving me some pointers and passing on some knowledge for me to use once they left, it has been very useful and I am very appreciative of it.
