They did great work easy clean and very efficient.

I purchase a 50" Sony smart TV for an older couple. The couple had lots of concerns and questions. The two Best Buy employees were very professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service, they nailed it.

The assembly was quick and easy and they did a great job !

The installers were patient and courteous and did a great job. They took the time to place TV where we wanted it and at a good height for our viewing pleasure. The were willing to answer all our questions. They were careful of our belongings while doing the install.

The technicians were vert careful and professional during the installation process.

The installer Best Buy sent to deliver and install my new TV was terrific! He was experienced and knowledgeable, personable and helpful! He did a fantastic job mounting my TV and hooking up all of my devices. Showed us how to use the settings and remote. JC Digital Inc went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and understood how to get the most out of our new TV.

If u purchase a large TV, you would be nuts not to have it installed. The 2 installers arrived on time, clean and professional looking. Within 15 minutes the TV was on wall, all attachments properly attached and WORKING. The cleaned up the packing materials and we’re out the door. Delighted with their work! I must add I have high gloss tile on floors. Everything marks. They put on shoe coverings and took care protect my new floors. Could not be happier!!

I want to say how such an amazing JOB GEEK SQUAD installed 3 TV’s two neo Samsung neos and Samsung 85 with amazing service Well dressed well mannered absolutely amazing!!!

A big thanks to Scott and Dalton from the Geek Squad!! They came on time, put their shoe covers on, took the old tv out, set up the tv mount, made sure all the outlets were good, put the tv up, set up the Blu Ray player and sound bar, and set up the various tv accounts, and tutored us on how to operate it all! Then, when they were done, they cleaned everything up and even vacuumed!! Perfect!! We finally have no wires showing!! Thank you so much!! Everything went without a hitch!!

The geek squad agents Isiah and Ryan mounted and Installed my Sony 75” 950H like pro’s!!! They were so detailed and worked together flawlessly like a NASCAR pit crew. They were very well equipped with the right tools and were really nice with setting up and explaining how my television worked! They were very clean and left everything perfect. They were very courteous and professional! Awesome job guys!!!

Russell, the technician who installed our TV, was timely, professional, communicative, and an absolute expert! We bought a 65" TV and needed it mounted in the corner of a room. The associate at Best Buy recommended a wall mount and a kit to run the power, optical, and HDMI cables through the wall. Our house was built in 1890 and the walls, while drywall on the surface, harbor many intricate layers of plaster, hand-cut wood, and who knows what else! The technician, who also owned a historic home, installed the cable kit and wall mount expertly and efficiently. He singlehandedly completed the entire project in less than an hour! We were impressed with his friendly, yet professional demeanor and the care he took to ensure our entertainment setup was impeccably installed. We will definitely use Geek Squad in the future!

The Geek Squad are the best. Great work and so easy to work with. They definitely wanted to please me. Would not use anyone else. They showed me how to use the tv after they finished installing it. Geek squad is the best.

Installers did a fine job. Connected all devices and completely set up my tv. They also demonstrated my new features!

very professional install and clean work. holes were predrilled into studs. studs were marked and mount was leveled. Techs cleaned up area after install and unboxing.

The team communicated thier arrival & showed up on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They knew what they were doing and got my tv mounted above my fireplace in no time! They involved me as well to be sure it was placed where I wanted and went through the tv settings with me. They also took care to be sure cords were hidden. Highly recommend.
