Geek squad surveyed our request in person. Our job wasn't easy as it involved penetrating tile wall. A risk of fracturing beyond the installation point was high given the tools, the weight of what would be hung up (a 65" tv mount + the unit iteself). After thorough consultation, the crew precisely conducted the install. It was done as perfectly as can be. The work has held up through July 2020 and zero problems have been experienced. This crew exercised the highest care. They know their job and execute it with the best of them. I recommend Geek Squad for home installation of your purchased items from Best Buy.

Geek Squad installed my TV. Very respectful of property, and answered all questions. Geek Squad were able to use my old TV mount; so I was able to return the Mount I had purchased at Best Buy. It was a few days past their 15-day return policy, but no questions asked.

The team was very professional and friendly. They drilled through a tiled wall to install the mount for the TV and cleaned up the dust afterwards. Will use again.

Absolutely first rate 5 star. They were great, informative, careful, took the time to explain things and set things up for me. Ron and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment), did a wonderful job and they were on time!

Two man crew came out. They were friendly and knowledgeable. No problems with installation.

The agents that mounted my tv were knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions. It was an excellent experience!

They did a good job in the installation of a new 65" tv, wall mount, sound bar, and 24" tv. They handled the xfinity remotes well and helped install several streaming services too. Two minor issues were that the cable box that he mounted to the back of the 24" tv is now falling off after just a few weeks and they did not have time to explain how to adjust the sound bar to better pick out dialogue from the background music and noise. I guess I expected more for the price!

This was my first experience with the geek squad but it will not be my last! They showed up on time and did a great job. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as well as respectful to our home.

The intent was to have my existing TV and TV mount installed in a way that would have no wires showing. The product they sold me and the accompanying installation were perfect. Looks totally built-in.

Geek Squad came out and mounted our new tv. I suppose it wouldn’t be impossible to mount and set up a 75” tv yourself. The real issue is getting it to the house. Several times I’ve been at Best Buy and have seen someone trying to cram a big screen into their personal vehicle. They brought it in, set it up and took all the packing materials with them. They were very professional and fast. Answered all my questions and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend utilizing this service and like with most delivery services...don’t forget to tip.

Fabulous work, very knowledgable. TV was installed on wall quickly and all stations were programed, and then we were taught how to access channels.

Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup Included) made the whole installation a breeze. The Geek Squad tech was prompt, courteous, Cleaned up after himself and removed the old CRT tv and made things great.

The two agents were on time, very professional, did an excellent job and did it very quickly and efficiently. Very helpful in explaining the TV and mounting worked.

The agents mounted my TV and connected the Sono bar. They were very professional, competent, and friendly. They cleaned everything before leaving and after demonstrating how everything worked. They made sure I understood what they were doing; they analyzed the wall and used the appropriate tools. I asked questions and they answered me! I appreciated their service very much!

The agents set up the wall mount and 75 inch TV . and the sound bar . they set up all of our gaming , Netflix ,Disney plus and Amazon movies. and showed us how to get to and work everything on the TV. they were very professional.

I thought the guys did a great job on installation, cleanup, etc. my only reason for not giving a five star is I waited a long time for them to get there they were late and I think Best Buy could do a better job of targeting a start time, when you make a reservation, they don’t even tell you whether it’s gonna be morning or afternoon until like the day before which doesn’t give you much time to plan for anything

I was skeptical about using geek squad, but my experience was very smooth at least. My agent mounted easily and installed fast. Might be a bit pricey, but was worth it. I would recommend still.
