Needed delivery & install for an 85” Sony. Was supposed to be completed between noon Squad finally showed at 7:30 and project was installed and operational within 40 minutes.

I was so lucky to have Shelley, the same wonderful agent I had last year. So glad Geek Squad retains their staff. She was patient and thorough and made certain I understood how to operate my new smart tv before she left. I can only hope I'm able to get her again.

The agents were on time, went right to work and had no trouble mounting my tv on the wall. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

The installers were both personal and professional. They were also very knowledgeable in the products they were installing as well as devices I had mentioned connecting to the tv. 5 out of 5 install.

The picture and sound is so much better than I expected or hoped for. Made it so satisfying to go back and watch many of my favorite films — regardless of how recent my last viewings were. I have yet to use all of the features, but the main ones are [almost] worth the price of admission. I say this because Best Buy dropped the price just a couple of days after I made this purchase. Still bothers me a little…

These techs were great. Professional and friendly. They moved my previous TV to another room, and got it mounted on a new mount quickly and cleanly. Then they mounted my new TV on the existing mount and walked me through setting up this new TV. They were great to work with.

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! The first tv mounting was a bad experience. It was done poorly and lazily. After speaking with the geek squad manager and having them replace the damaged tv mount, Michael came out and fixed the bad job and I was very impressed with him. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always request him if I’m able. He deserves a raise.

Tom and Antonio went above and beyond in securing a TV to replace the one well had ordered. They were expeditious at installing even setting up streaming apps! Their customer service turned what could have been a disappointing and frustrating experience into a stellar one!!

I have seen a lot of Best Buy Geeks recently, (three wall mounted TV installs and removals). I recommend them unconditionally. Very courteous, helpful and skilled. They used a level to straighten the TVs. Tweaked the TV's centering over the sound bar obsessively, and fussed about all the details. Hooked everything up right the first time. Arrived on time, every time. Answered questions patiently. Booties on the feet. Trash disappeared magically. It is absolutely worth the small fee to get this service.

These guys were awesome, they did such a great job mounting the 75inch tv and answering all my stupid questions. They even brought a sound bar mount, which I did not order, so the bar could be attached to the screen and not the wall, looks so much better. I want to give each of them a 50 dollar tip. Please charge my credit card 100 dollars and give me a heads up when they have been given the tip.

Geek squad arrived on time and mounted tv on wall and hid wiring in wall with a Legrand kit. Also synced new headphones to tv. Work done neatly. Pleased with the service I received. Only initial concern, was that when crew arrived they did not know I wanted cords hidden in wall. It was not an issue because I had figured out what to buy in advance from Best Buy to accomplish this. But when I initially ordered tv and service on line, there was no way to make clear exactly what I wanted. Online check list of what customer wants done might be useful for future.

The Agents mounted my TV in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and very clean install.

Since I purchased a 75” TV, figured I would use some professional help. Geeksquad guys arrived on time and helped to figure out the best height and position for my TV and start to put on the rack. I mentioned there is a bathroom right behind the TV wall, so they double checking the wall to make sure they don’t hit any surprises behind the wall. Took them 1 hour from arrival to finish plus clean up any dust and trash. Will use their service again!

Alfonso and his assistant were outstanding. They were very efficient in the new TV system set up. In addition, they were patient and expert in helping us to learn how best to use the new TV system. Very much appreciated their entire approach througout the process.

My first “installation and set up “ appointment was dismal and I was too livid to even write a bad review. Then I was informed I could get a “redo”. Clyde was fantastic! He set and synched everything up, explained what he was doing and taught me how to do things myself. I call him the redeemer and restored my faith in Best Buy.

We made arrangement to purchase the wall mounting bracket and then have them install the bracket and mount the 75” tv that we had previously purchased from Best Buy. They were on time and everything went as desired. Great job!
