I so didn't want any visible wires when I am looking at my TV on the wall. Couldn't be happier with this installation. The guys were totally professional and did a great job.

The Geek Squad installers were amazing really nice and professional they did an amazing job wall mounting my new LG G2 77 inch Oled the cables are nice and hidden they even cleaned the finger prints off the TV when they were done they also cleaned up the home theater room when they were done they also go over everything with you and make sure you know how to work it before they leave i couldn't be more happy thank you Geek Squad for doing a awesome job.

They arrived on time, they were polite and thourough. They took the time to make sure I knew how to use our new device.

I could not speak more highly about the people who installed my picture. They were so precise, delightful & explained everything i asked. I had to have my first screen tv exchanged & insisted upon the same people i initially met even though i had to wait a little longer to schedule with them

The Agents mounted the tv and more importantly they took the time to get me and my wife all hooked up to watch our favorite channel's. Much appreciated as they went above and beyond!

The Geek Squad team of two came over and set up my TV. I could have done this with friend, but was very glad I chose to have the team do the install. The confirmed that TV was setup correctly, tested and quickly tuned the picture, made sure the sound system was connected correctly. They also took all the packing materials and box and said that it was ok to not keep the box with Best Buy even if the TV has to be returned. So far the Sony TV and installation from Best Buy has been one of the best decisions I made. Thanks!

The Geek Squad agents were very knowledgeable and I'm very pleased with how they installed the wall mount and my new tv. They were friendly and very customer service oriented. They made recommendations for the wall mount and soundbar, which I elected to purchase. Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend using Geek Squad for tv installation.

Technician was very nice and explained as he went along. Went the extra mile to mount my TV since some hardware was missing that i wasn't aware of before hand. No complaints on his skill set and professionalism. Only concern I had was my surround sound could not be hooked up to new TV and was never disconnected from the power. Couple days later I tried to move unit, cords were so tight it would not move and unit was extremely hot due to vents were facing down on carpet. I finally was able to get unit untangled and obviously unplugged.

I had a TV mounted on my chimney which was a little more complicated than going on a wall. The guys who did the installation did an excellent job and got the TV mounted the way I wanted it. No complaints.

THE GEEK SQUAD ARE GREAT. First, if you sign up for the yearly service not only do you get your warranty extended but they do installations. We just moved into a home and had bought three kitchen items plus a wall mounted TV. Their installers were professional. ON TIME, clean, courteous, and gracious. I cannot say enough good things.

The picture is so crisp and amazing. The two guys that came to install were super professional. They gave me their personal number which I had to use afterwards to answer any questions. They answered without any issue or hesitation and were super helpful.

They were EXCELLENT!! A couple of years ago around Christmas some people you contracted with, non-geek squad, installed( i use that word loosely) my 77 inch TV. They were awful. In fact it was not in the wall mount properly. I could see that when it was taken down. The Geek Squad explained what they were doing and measured everything out. I would use them again and again.

They did a great job. However Best Buy charged us an extra $129.99 because it was over a fire place. Geek Squad didn't have to do anything extra - they were in and out is an hour and a half as they were able to use our existing mounting. We feel the extra $129.99 was just a money maker for Best Buy.

This is the second time I had the Geek Squad mount and install my television. Everything looks great and I will continue to use their services. Total tech is worth every penny.
