Install technicians were very professional, on-time, and able to complete the work within about 1 hour. Very good service and will continue to purchase services and product through BestBuy.

The 2 men who delivered and set up our TV were very polite, professional, and helpful. We were kept informed of their arrival time, and once they got here they took the necessary time to answer our questions, even though they had multiple other stops to complete before their work day ended.

I've got to say, I didn't know what to expect with this service, but when the Geek Squad arrived they made everything so easy. I had the spot picked out, I said "there" and they took care of everything. Everything was mounted perfectly and it looks great. The installers were cordial and quick. Would recommend!

Our 75” goes over the fireplace and is 6-9ft off the ground. Boy is it heavy. The agents made installation look easy and connected to everything. Great service!

Buying a big screen TV is definitely a time to purchase Total Tech delivery and installation. They do an outstanding job, and if you try to do it yourself and accidentally drop the TV or mishandle it, you are out the money. If they have those problems, it doesn't;t cost you a dime. Safety and Peace of Mind are definitely worth this very affordable service.

Service is always consistently great. This is the 4th TV we have had mounted by the Geek Squad. It is a hassle-free experience every time. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe, did a fast & professional job, & cleaned up by taking the box/packaging with them. They even went the extra mile by taking our old TV down to the garage for us. We had the same technician as the last TV we had mounted 2 years ago which is still solidly anchored to the wall. He is super friendly & patient when giving you a tutorial on your new TV. This service is the best way to get a worry-free clean look for the room your TV is in.

Local Geek Squad is fantastic! They know what they are doing. Very professional. Too bad that Best Buy customer service is so dysfunctional. Go to local store for help - do not use the 800# for customer service. So glad I purchased the Geek Squad assistance.

The team that delivered and set up my equipment, (Ray and Anthony) were not only professional, but they enjoyed their work, or I should say craft. The process was clean, expedient, and fun. The installers were professional and I had an older wall mount that made it a little harder to get the TV mounted. I give them credit for not complaining and accomplished the job. They set the TV up and showed me how to operate the remote.

My installer joe was as professional and friendly as possible. Extremely knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions I had.

The queek squad really does a great job We have had them do several jobs for us and always have been very satisfied. Friendly and efficient and usually on time.

The agents were able to use my existing mount with minor adjustments. The were quick and professional. It looks great and I didn't have to lift a finger.
