The technician was on time and completed the removal of the old TV and installation and checkout of the new TV well within the time I estimated it would take two individuals to accomplish. Not only did he modify my wall mount to accommodate the new TV. He recommended a swap of sound bar systems that now allow me to operate both TVs picture and sound systems using a single controller. Saved me both time and money.

Purchased the in home installation. Very professional service. Very neat and cleaned up after installation. Also provided education on remote usage. Would recommend.

The guys were awesome. If you're not fully confident in where and how you want your TV mounted, I definitely recommend them for that peace of mind. Quick, professional and they didn't mind adjusting wall placement and even cleaned up when they were done. They made sure everything worked, explained it all and didn't leave until they knew I was happy.

It took the agent longer to get to my house than to mount the TV. He was done in seconds! Super professional and really cool guy.

I bought a very large tv that I wanted to get mounted on my wall. I thought I would have 2 technicians to handle the bulky size of the tv- but they only sent out 1 guy. I had my doubts, but he did a great job! He even spaced the wires from my tv to the soundbar evenly- (even though there is only a 1”gap between them)- very efficient and nice guy!

These guys are the best. Always come in , get the work done with no issues. In my old house other installers start making excuses why this may be a challenging install, but the geek squad just gets the work done and does it well!

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. Terrible terrible communication

The team that came to my house to install my TV was great. I had previously installed a 52" Tv somewhat painfully and decided there was no way I was installing a 65" TV, something would get broken. The showed up on time and worked as a team to get things installed, they gave us several options/recommendations and were patient as my wife and I made decisions. The installation is very neat with no loose cables and no issues. they made sure my current smart remote would work with the install. really nice job

The agents installed the equipment with associated audio components and satellite equipment efficiently while guiding me all the steps to achieve my wishes. The primary associate then insured that I fully understood how the new equipment functioned. Very pleased with their service including cleanup.

The agents did a great job on a pretty simple install and took the time to program the remote which in this case was huge. On a separate reinstall a week later of the old TV by a contracted crew -the crew never showed up. Don't settle for a contracted crew. I tried calling CRST home solutions (the sub-contractor with a one star rating), but gave up after a half an hour on hold. I had to go back to Best Buy to make sure I got the geek squad crew.

Armondo did a great job and it wasn’t an easy one. It took two visits because we needed to get an electrician out to run power the the area. He explained just what the electrician had to do and it worked out perfectly. Armondo is very efficient with his time, very detail oriented, courteous and on time.

They were quick and easy to get my TV installed. They were very nice. HOWEVER, The one issue I had is that they charged me another $50 in cash and wouldn't provide a receipt to mount over our fire place, even though above the fire place is normal wall. There is no brick there or other things that makes it hard to install. I felt like I was getting a little duped. I tried calling the Best Buy line and was on hold for over an hour, who said I would potentially have to send them away and rebook the appointment. There was some way around that but after over an hour on hold, I gave up. I just wanted the TV installed.

The Best Buy installation team did an awesome job installing my Sony Tv. They were efficient, did a high quality install and clean ed up all the residue neatly. The team also had a great and friendly demeanor. Would be happy to work with them again.

The agent that was sent was the most professional I have ever had in my home. He was prompt and polite. He did a meticulous job and cleaned everything when he the job was complete. He spent time helping to get the tv and apps working and to make sure I understood everything completely. I highly recommend.

Two young gentlemen showed up at our door with our new TV. They were wearing mask and "booties" over their shoes. They were very professional and made sure I understood everything. They also were very good about cleaning up after the installation. They hooked up all the equipment I had and explained the remote and all the components to me. They brought their own vacuum and when they left it was like they were never there and the TV had always been mounted on the wall. I would definitely have them again. Thank you.

If you want it done correctly and quickly then this is the way to go. The squad answered all my questions and showed me all the features. Well done.
