Two techs. They clearly had done this a bunch of times in, mounted and out, plus the sound bar with sub woofer in lass than an hour. 65 inch looks great works great sounds great.

The Mountain service was amazing the guys was extremely helpful they were a third-party company but work Great they came up with great ideas to help me put my TV on the wall and was very understanding they did outlines of the TV before they mounted on the wall I was totally satisfied with the work that they provided.

Was very impressed on how quickly Steve got my Tv mounted to the wall. He was very professional, on time and explained everything to me. I plan on using this service again and I hope Steve will be my technician.

I only needed one man to install my TV wall mount, and he, even alone, did a fast and thorough job. When I go to adjust the angle, the whole thing feels safe, sturdy and strong. The Geek Squad guy was really nice, kind, helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

The two Geek Squad technicians who came out and did the installation were very friendly and helpful. They answered each of my questions and even when as far as explaining what they were doing as they prepared and installed the different parts.

Samsung no longer supports the no gap mount for their premier 4K tv. So, I sent that back and got a very low profile mount. The Geek Squad showed up, removed the drywall to recess mount the mount and installed my TV. There is < .4 inch gap between wall and TV. It looks like artwork. Can't wait till they recess mount my speakers, which are on their way from England and will be here soon. These guys are awesome!

The agents came to my house within the given timeframe and did a fantastic job, mounting my tv to the wall. They walked me through various reasons why they were doing things a certain way. In the end, my tv looks great where it is.

Geek Squad installation team is the best! They are detail oriented, make sure you understand the process and they help you set up your new TV with your cable and WiFi. They also make sure that you’re happy with the location of the tv on your wall before finalizing the installation. I highly recommend them versus using a Best Buy third party provider.

My installer Kevin was awesome! He walked through and downloaded the Samsung app on my smart tv and recommended a better mount for my tv than what I purchased. He had the mount on his truck and he started my refund and purchase for the old and new mounts right on site. He gave plenty of tips on the tv and when I told him I was mounting some smaller TVs in some other rooms he asked where I was mounting them in those rooms and he checked to see if the wall studs were compatible to those areas and put blue tape on those wall locations for me. I can’t remember ever getting better in home service than what Kevin provided. Excellent work and customer service all wrapped into one!

Amazing service! Dave was great, walked in and assessed the room, explained the best height, mounted it perfectly and then showed me how to move the mount and what tool to use to tighten it up. He took his time and even took a look at my other room for a recommendation. Great stuff!

David with Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting our new 55 inch Bravia TV on our outside porch. There was only one potential option for where this TV could go….and David made it happen! Great service!

The gentleman both came in the house with shoes on. They were properly with boots to protect the floor. They were very experienced took very well care of all my equipment. Explain to me properly how I should have stuff done and where it would look properly right for all my new equipment to be installed properly. I would recommend them anytime all the time five stars.

All i can say is the guy that came and installed my Tv and Mount did an amazing job and he knew what he was doing he was an experienced and professional he mounted my tv less than 45 minutes he even showed me the functions of my new tv with the magic remote and also put a cord cover so you cant see no wires great job Geek squad.
