The geek squad really did a good job of installing my TV. They showed up when they said they would, had all the necessary parts and tools, and had it hooked up and running in about a half hour. They made sure I knew how to program my TV choices and answered any questions I had. Professional and courteous all the way through, well done!

I've already done this but will do it again. The agent who delivered and installed my TV was outstanding. He set up a base to attach the TV too which worked perfectly AND he knew how to do it quickly. The TV went on the base perfectly. He also connected the TV to the internet and set up the parameters for the TV. Lastly, he carried out an old, bulbous TV by himself when he was supposed to have someone with him to help.

The agent brought my new TV, set it up. Mounted my other TV. They were efficient and thorough.

Shout out to the geek squad! They mounted and setup my new TV. Called several times in advance to make sure I had everything and let me know when they would be there, including a call that morning when they were headed my way. Found studs, mounted the .TV. Great job, very personable, very knowledgeable and worth every penny.

The technicans were on time,mounted the tv with aligning in mind, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and identified themselves. Made sure we knew how to operate the tv. We were satisified. They quoted if any questions/problems to please contact Best Buy. I would recommend Best Buy to friends.

I have used Geek Squad twice now. The first time was a young man and woman. They were quick in and out. Maybe 4 stars but only because they didn't ask me about the height they installed the TV on the wall and it really should have been about 1.5 inches higher. But this last time... I can't rave enough. Ex-military man probably mid 40s. Just superb. His supervisor called for a review about 3 days after installation and I went on and on. That is exactly what in-home installation is supposed to be like!

Both techs were personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. They had my new TV installed in very little time and then took time to orient me on the usage of it.

Two Geek Squaders showed up with the TV and tools. They moved the old TV upstairs to the walk-out attic, covered the old TV with the packaging for the new TV, then installed the new TV, making sure it was level with the room. Then the senior person took the remote and gave us a lesson on how to use the set, get to the internet, and how to program the TV to do various functions. When they left, they took it all with them, and we are happy campers. All work as advertised and we are in good shape.

This crew did an exceptional job. So very pleased with the level of attention to detail and professionalism.

We were getting 3 TVs mounted. Geek squad brought 3 guys to get the job done quickly but unfortunately we were waiting for 2 of them to be delivered that same. They mounted the 1 we had and one of the guys waited for the others to be delivered. We appreciate the fact that the geek squad guy waited! It would’ve been a nightmare if we needed to mount them ourselves but he hung out for almost an hour without any complaints! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to come and mount our TVs!! Great geek squad tv mounting experience!

Installation of my 65” TV included removing my old TV and stationary mount and installing a full motion mount. The 2 installlers did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They connected my game systems and other devices. They also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my new TV. I highly recommend this service!

The agents asked me where I wanted the mount placed and then made sure that the setup was aesthetically appealing after, gave me the rest of the pieces they didn’t need for the install, and threw away the box for us after setup and even helped me out with remote setup when they finished the install. They were really nice and wore their masks the whole time. I would definitely recommend this service. The guys that came to our house definitely went above and beyond just installing the wall mount.
