The two agents that mounted my TV's were timely, communicative and efficient. I am very pleased with their work, and for two tv's they were done in under an hour.

The Geek squad installers are VERY professional and knowledgeable. The problem is the schedulers!!! There are not enough Geek Squad teams, the time table is too large 7AM-7PM and not narrowed until day of service. Calling Best Buy number can take hours to get some measure of satisfaction. WELL trained in telling customer I am sorry.

The guys who delivered and set up my new smart TV and wall mount, were knowledgeable and helpful. They also cleaned up and collected any boxes etc.

Boys were knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, clean and courteous! What more can you ask for?!

The crew showed up on time and communicated their schedule before arriving. They sized up the existing setup and decided to make some slight adjustments with the mounting kit. Measured 3 times and moved it once to exactly where it needed to be centered above our fireplace. Awesome, job, clean, all adjustments made, reviewed features and even helped me move our old TV out of the way. Very pleased with the service. Thank you!

The premium installation was great! They even had premium HDMI cable ready on hand which really enhanced the picture quality

The geek squad guys were great. I am fairly handy, but I didn't want to take a chance on mounting a large TV to wall without a second set of hands. They showed up, mounted the TV on the wall and got everything hooked up without a problem. They even gave me options for the placement that I hadn't considered, and now, I'm glad I went with their suggestion. I have the total tech support, and I think the service was worth every penny of the $50 I paid. The tech support package paid for itself with this service.

The two guys who installed my television mount did a great job. They made sure I knew how to move the TV safely and they cleaned up the packaging and tok it away. My only complaint is that I purchased the mount at home when they arrived. The receipt didn't have a proper order number. The TV mount went on sale two days later at Best Buy and I couldn't price match because customer service could see the sale and purchase for something, but the order wouldn't come up U missed a good deal.

Margie and her team provided outstanding customer service while working fast and hard to install outdoor tv, Sonos sound bar with other add ones! Margie recommended another outdoor speaker, which I purchased same day at Best Buy. Spent valuable time to show me how to work the new system and provided number if need support later! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Monica from Geek Squad was here promptly after the 20 minute window opened (8 am to 12 pm). Friendly, knowledgeable and a problem solver. Took the 8 year old Samsung off the wall after disconnecting cables. Connected everything to new tv. Ran the power for blue ray player up the wall mounted shelf cord channel. Hung the new tv up and connected everything up. Monica did a great job and everything was clean and precise. She setup up the wireless and tested the picture and sound settings. Worth the time and money if you don't have an extra pair of hands to do it yourself.

The agents were great! Installed tv and set up my preferences and apps! This tv was an exchange from a previous purchases Sony that continued freezing and shutting off. We upgraded and paid the difference. Best Buy was amazing and took care of everything! Will always shop for electronics here. Installation was seamless.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed our living room Roku TV. Mounted and connected while saving me the headache. You get what you pay for, and in this instance, worth every penny. I can turn a ten minute job into eight hours, so I'm the guy who needs the Geeks. If you like doing this, be my guest and DIY. Meanwhile, I'll be doing the things I like to do while you struggle with mounts and clumsy angles.

The mounting was great! They know what they are doing. However, I have a serious issue with my credit card statement. I visited the store twice with this issue and each time I was told that the issue was resolved, but the issue is still unresolved. The statement shows the purchase of a TV that I did not purchase, but I purchased a lower-priced TV. The statement also does not display the name of the item that I purchased. This created a complex issue. The statement should be straight forward. I was planning to buy a new washer and dryer, but because of these issues, I have decided to go to R. C Willis to make that purchase rather than Best Buy.
