The three men who came to mount my TV were awesome. They came right at the time they said, the removed the old TV, and mounted the new TV and leveled it in less than 30 minutes. They were courteous and nice and left my home BETTER than then found it (one of them even dusted off stuff that had already been there). This was the second TV I had mounted and both times the service was outstanding.

Courteous, professional, and go above and beyond. Definitely would like these guys to install future TVs.

We purchased a 32 inch TCL TV and it had to be mounted on an existing mount. The Geeks came in and went to work revising the mount to accommodate the new TV. They tested all connections and made sure it worked and that we were properly informed how best to use the included remote and how to use the various TV functions. They were great!!

Best thing I ever did was to have the Geek Squad set up my TV. They put together the TV stand [for which there were no directions] easily hooked it up to the cable & DVR and went thru all kinds of settings that I didn’t even know existed. Then showed me how to use the new remote control to switch between everything that my smart TV could do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone do this.

this installation was not like the previous install we had at our old place. SO much run around that we were hesitant to have Best buy install again. One guy... ONE. He handled our 70" samsung like it was an apple. Quick and easy. This guy needs to open his own business.

The person who came to mount the TV was very knowledgeable. Due to failure of the internet router (not the installers fault) the installer was not able to fully set up the TV. The installer tried every trick in the book to get the TV set up without success. Best Buy kind dropped the ball by not telling me I was going to need to purchase HDMI cables in order for the TV to be operational. Not the installer's fault. Best Buy said the installer would do X for CoVid precautions. When I asked about X the installer said he had never heard of such. Deducted a star because the installer would not keep his mask over his nose.

This TV mount works very well. This is the first time I have used a mount for my TV. I decided to go with one due to the size. I had Best Buy install the mount for me. The installation team did a great job. They arrived on time and had the TV mounted without any problems.

The guys who installed/mounted my TV and soundbar did such a great job! They were incredibly through and made sure everything was done correctly. Next time I buy a TV and need it mounted, I will definitely use the Geek Squad again! Great experience!

The first 2 guys who mounted my TV were third party workers. I did not pay 200.00 for third party. Plus I could not figure 2 white trucks, 2 men to mount one TV, PLUS THEY DID NOT COVER THEIR SHOES. The two TV'S I had mounted a few weeks later, a Geek Squad gentleman came. He covered his shoes and was very professional. I will need another TV mounted in 3months, I only want someone from the Geek Squad. That's what I pay 200 a year plus 49.99, GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. THANK YOU

The agents that mounted my TV and connected it to my device was very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. The job was done in a timely fashion. Again, very professional, knowledgeable and great service overall. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for future projects.

Best Buy did a awesome job at installing this TV it is massive and after finally getting my mount in they came back to put on the wall.

The Geek Squad was on time,mounted the TV connected the sound bar and showed me how to use the TV's app to setup. Very pleasant and took out all the boxes.

I can’t say enough good things about the geek squad team that came to my house. They are efficient friendly no their stuff completely. My television looks great. They did an amazing job. You can’t go wrong having the geek squad come and take care of your electronics for you they are amazing.
