excellent prompt & professional service everything is working

Don't risk your new equipment. The Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting and connecting our new 85 inch QLED. It was a job for the pro's and the Squad did a superlative job. We're convinced that it's part of the reason we buy from Best Buy.

Mario Gomez and Nickson Salor came on Sat. April 9, 2022 to install the tv on the wall. They were great; thorough & professional yet friendly, knew what they were doing, worked quickly with no mistakes, and left all clean. Asked me if I was satisfied with the placement, and made sure all was level. I want to acknowledge them both, wish the previous techs were like these 2 gentlemen.

We had 4 wall mounts and 4 TV's to be installed. They worked as fast as they could and did a very good job.

The 3rd party service arranged by BB was amazing. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They delivered the TV and installed the mount I purchased elsewhere professionally and perfectly. They took the time to level it and show me how it worked as it was clearly a mount they had used before. I would absolutely recommend John and Byron again from Mastek

I have mounted many TVs in my life, but the thought of hanging one that is 86 inches seemed too much for me, so I paid for the squad to come out. Best decision ever! Super nice guys, clean, professional and they did it better than I would have.

The two gentlemen were very professional very knowledgeable very helpful very clean when they put up my large TV onto the wall appreciate it very much. Great job.

They mounted my tv and connected everything. They were very polite and professional . Everything works great. They also answered all of my questions and showed me how to work my remote. They were also here on time and worked well together. I would use them again on any project that I needed done.

They mounted the LG C1 65” to my Whalen Xavier promptly. I removed all my devices and their wires before they arrived to make their job easier and reduce risk of damage to said devices. All I had to do was provide the mounting parts and connect the TV to the wi-fi so they could take a picture of it installed and in working order for their records. Great value due to the Totaltech membership I have.

My geek squad crew was excellent. They wall mounted an 86 inch TV in my family room. When they opened the box they noticed the screen was cracked. They apologize profusely for the mishap. I told them I understood as it was not their fault. They rushed to the store picked up a brand new one and came back and mounted it for me. I really appreciated their follow through on ensuring that my needs were met.

Those guys are great. They had mounted our tvs well and walked us through tv features.

Scheduling date was 2 weeks out but extremely understandable due to Covid-19,so I knew that I had to be patient..but day before my appointment they called to ensure the appointment was still on..on the day of I received a heads up call that they were 30mins out.they literally came and installed my 75 inch Samsung in my living room in 30mins! Both techs had masks on and gloves the entire time..thanks again geek squad for the great installation!!highly recommended!

The agents were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job mounting my new tv. I especially appreciate that they advised on proper height. Looks perfect!

The Geek squad has mounted 2 TV's for me. A 65 and 55 inch. Very professional. No problems. TV's look great. Wouldn't have trusted myself with such large TV's

We bought the 85” Samsung Tv for our Christmas present this year. Treated ourselves to the geek squad delivery and set up. Talk about enjoying watching someone else doing the work! It was great!! They had to swap out the imput connection because we have it in the wall and this tv needed a longer one. No problem, they had one and went right to fishing it through just like it was suppose to be. We’re happy with their professionalism and work ethics. And they were on time exactly!!
