The agents installed my bracket n tv with sound bar and set tv up. They were well knowledgeable in all areas, professional and very friendly. I was impressed.

the agents installed the TV just as we requested. were very polite and explained everything we did not understand. also made sure they secured the tv mount and tv correctly.

The agent that delivered and installed my TV was super! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions! He also cleaned up everything and took it with him. I don't know if it's something he did or if it's the nature of the beast, but it now takes me both my TV remote and my cable remote to start the TV. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, I was extremely pleased!

Under the current COVID conditions, I had my new tv & other accompanying equipment installed by the Geek Squad team of Matt & Michael. They were AWESOME! Their professionalism, attention to detail & commitment to extreme safety during the pandemic conditions was exceptional! Everything was installed to my expectations, looks great & works fabulously! I have used the geek squad services ti have 2 TVs (a 50" and a 75"). This was with 2 different installation teams and both were excellent. The one who did the 50" installation which included mounting and setup also had ti add a plastic wire conduit running down the wall to hide the wires from the TV. He did a very neat job. The team that did the 75" spent a lot of time with me adjusting the height and position of the TV for optimized viewing. Both teams were polite and efficient. I would highly recommend the service.

The agents were very nice and mounted my tv very quickly. The mount was already up when they arrived. They plugged in the power cord and also plugged the tv into the cable box. I felt $199.00 was a lot to pay for just that. Had I known in advance that was all that would be done I would have saved that money and invested it in a more expensive tv. I am an elderly person who isn’t really tech savvy so I had several questions about the tv after the Geek Squad left. It would have been helpful if they had stayed a bit longer to explain a few things.

The agents delivered my new TV, carefully unpacked it and set it up very quickly. They then connected it to work with my existing receiver and sound system. Last, they showed me the available features and apps on this TV and how to use the remote. They were very professional and courteous.

I recently purchased a 55” TV and decided to have the Geek Squad mount the TV and do all the hook-ups. The money was well spent. The installers arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The end result is just about perfect. The TV is wall-mounted, the Geeks did their work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, programmed the remote and were gone within a couple of hours. The Geeks were friendly, polite and did everything necessary and they made sure we were comfortable with the installation. Great job!

The 2 installers showed up and were very friendly ask where I wanted the TV mounted. Installed with the purchased in wall wire kit purchased. Did a good job checked after installation showed how to work the remote and cleaned up afterwards

My husband and I buy our large electronics at Best Buy, so we can get the Geek Squad Team. They are great at installing large TV's and it there is any problems they are great at repairing the TV's. A couple years ago the Samsung TV we purchased could not be repaired, so they gave us a full refund. We purchased a new TV for free. They again just installing our new state of hte art 4HD Sony TV. They wore Covid-19 protection and were very professional and lnowlegeable.

Really can only think of the positives. All 3 installers exceeded my expectations of customer service. The install was very quick and done professionally. With the warranty included, this is the best route for installation and removal especially when one lacks the ability to do it myself. Thank you again!

Due to an arm injury I am unable to hang the tv myself. So I hired Geek Squad to install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They placed it right where I wanted it, made sure it was level and hooked up my cable box. Highly recommend their services

The installation team was on time, explained my options (wall or table mount) enabling me to make that decision. They moved in an efficient manner and removed all packing materials, etc. (Also appreciated: A few of my questions answered regarding the TV itself since that arrived a few days prior to the installation).

He set up my new tv quickly and efficiently and connected it to my Wi-Fi. He explained the instructions really well.
