The geek squad did an amazing job when installing the Samsung Frame to the fireplace area. And also putting the Sony Bravia 8 in the basement.

Michael from the Geek Squad mounted my TV on a tricky wall with little or no damage. He went over instructions until I was certain I understood which remote I need for which operation. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. He set up everything needed, but couldn't get my aged DVD player to connect to the TV. That was a disappointment but an understandable situation.

the crew was prompt and effecient in their task. synched all the components as requsted. The installer had a trainee with him and was very instructive to the trainee to ensure he knew what to do in the future. I needed my TV mounted over the fireplace, as low as possible (just above the slim Soundbar on the mantal. The Geek Squad listened to my request and we're able to mount and connect it just as asked. They made sure it worked with the Soundbar and were willing to help reprogram my remotes if wanted. Finally, the Geek Squad / BB is one of the few services that keep you well informed regarding their arrival time. While this service was a bit pricey, it was worth every cent.

The Geeks went above and beyond with the installation. They even threw in a piece of equipment I needed for free. I have used the Geeks twice now and will only use them from now on.

The installer did a great job of hanging our bracket for the TV and also installing to the Wi-Fi. He arrived on time was very professional. He answered our questions and was truly interested in getting a job done right. Congratulations to him and he made us very happy with our new TV on the wall.

Service tech was nothing less than outstanding. He removed old wall hung tv and replaced with new 55" tv. Old tv was heavy so he called in for an assistant to help remove from wall. He then mounted a new adjustable wall mount and hung the tv. Tech was exceptionally neat in appearance.

The person connected a N antenna so i could get local channels on my TV and he installed my TV into a wall-mount in my bedroom so I can easily watch TV in bed. As I live alone, this is very handy for me!!!
