My tv was mounted quickly

One technician called in sick, but the person who came was able to get the job done efficiently. The in-wall outlet was not installed because of an obstruction in my wall; however, this was no fault of the technician. It only caused some holes in my walls that she patched with the spackling I provided.

One word: EXCELLENT

The 2 guys were very detail-oriented and carefully installed and configured our new TV and sound system. They also carefully mounted an older TV in our bedroom. They were very careful with everything and did an excellent job!

Geek Squad to the Rescue!!!

They were prompt in arriving, quick to fix the issues, and conscientious in answering our questions regarding the new set up. The Geek Squad never fails in exceeding all expectations! We're So Thankful for their expert assistance!!!

GEEK SQUAD - GREAT SERVICE

Edgar (my tech) explained everything in detail. You would not have known it was a wall installation because there was not a spec of plaster dust anywhere. He even advised me to get a smaller cable box from Comcast so he could place it on the back of the wall mount. PERFECT!!!! Just another reason I am happy to be a member of Total Tech support.
