The team that came out to install the tv were great. I purchased the tv for my parents and the installation team took the time to help my dad understand how to use his new tv. They took their time and were very patient as my dad was figuring out how to use his new tv.

The installer was courteous and offered my two different looks for installation and explained the advantages/disadvantages of both. Once I picked, he quickly went about his work, showed me how to adjust the TV and even tucked away the cable box to improve the look and function. He cleaned up all the debris and left no trace he'd even been there. I referred him to my son, who later installed the same device at his home,

The agents did exactly as requested - mounted my new 85” TV. They did the job even though the previous agents ordered the incorrect mount - they had to locate the correct mount and pick it up at another location. Overall it went great.

The Gerk Squad service was great, they come to my place the two of them and they install my tv Sony of 75” and looks great in my bedroom, they teach all the way to used my new tv and when they left I was very happy with this gentleman workers, I really recommend this service.

Be sure to use the proper mounting hardware, and consider professional installation if you're not confident in doing it yourself. Good thing Geek squad did the mounting!

The installer, Chris, was fantastic! He showed up on time and was very efficient in completing the installation. We were a little nervous when he showed up by himself, but he proved us wrong and demonstrated that this was a one man job....it was clearly not his first time doing this! And he took the time to pair the TV with my Comcast remote and showed me all the functionality. Great job!

Agents mounted my new tv without incident. Install went very well! Then came time to address existing 4k hdmi cable between my 4k amplifier and tv. Agent said my 50 foot cable would not deliver an adequate signal. Then he recommended a fiber optic 8k cable at 41 feet that was on the truck for $500 + tax. Now I’m in the moment to decide to add $500 to this install before testing my new tv or wait to get a new 8k hdmi cable. After questioning agent and my sanity, I agreed to purchase the new fiber optic cable. After agent departed, I was happy with the install and tv but became disappointed after online research of the 8k fiber optic cable. Bottom line, there was a $200 surcharge added to the fiber optic cable because it was on the truck. Also I had to run the new shorter cable under the carpet instead of 50 foot cable path.

The Agents did a great job mounting and connecting all my devices. I was very happy with them.

The Geek Squad was FANTASTIC! They arrived early! (that rarely happens anywhere else!) They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! They were fast. The installation was done in about 20 minutes! and they cleaned up before they left! We are glad we chose the Geek Squad!

The husband and wife team came out on time, and installed the new TV and mounted it on the wall. They were a heck of a team, and were a pleasure to see a couple working together. So nice and friendly, and they were efficient and quick, cleaned up the area when they left. A real pleasure to have them.

These guys were in and out. Set up was flawless. They remove my old wall mount, moved the mount a little, installed 75 inch, sound bar and 4k DVD. However, if they install for you don't let them install an optical sound cable, if you have an earc or acr hdmi, do the 4k hdmi cable. The installer thought the opitical would handle all the sound format, which in fact, it only handles two formats. The sound was noticeable after I removed the opitical and installed the hdmi. Very noticeable.

The agents from Geek Squad did a fabulous job connecting, hiding wires and made sure I understood the sunstones of my tv ! Highly recommend letting the pros do it l

The tech who removed the old tv and installed the new one was excellent. Did his job efficiently, hooked everything up and explained everything about how to operate the tv. He even took away the box so I wouldn't have to figure a way to put it out for the trash pickup (also not to advertise that we have a new tv!). Installation was much quicker than expected, especially at Christmas.

Installer was very fast and clean. TV was mounted and programmed, Beautiful job.

A very good option for people who can’t or don’t know how to do this job themselves. Plus not all companies offer this. It’s a very good option to use and have available.
