Good and knowledgeable service tech. Installation was quick and efficient.

They were great. I can't remember their names. I have been very pleased with everyone I have worked with on the Geek Squad.

Adam and Clifton are a great team. Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk to. They set up the tv, connected the soundbar and woofer to the one remote. Made sure we had working apps and answered all our questions.

The Geek Squad members that did the installation of my TV and wall mount were very helpful and professional. It was done in a timely manner and with care. They asked me to what eye level I wanted the TV mounted and answered some questions I had. I was concerned that a third party was going to do the installation instead of Geek Squad after reading other reviews but this was not case.

Excellent job with attention to detail. The team even spent time to ensure that the TV was lined up to the best height and location on the wall to ensure the optimal viewing angle. They also explained various details on its setup and use.

Both guys were wonderful, very fast, professional and friendly. They did a great job moving one tv from one room to the other. They cleaned up the marks on the wall and left everything just as I wanted .

The employee who sold us the TV did not try to up sale us. Friendly and knowledgeable about the TV we were looking to buy. The Tech's showed up on time to install the TV and completed the task quickly. They had great customer service. Over all we are always pleased shopping at Best Buy.

The only word that comes to mind is FANTASTIC! The installation team (Chad & Tony) we’re incredible! Not only they were great with there work, Chad & Tony really cared about us, the customer! In fact, before leaving they “thanked “ us for allowing them to come into our house! That amazed my wife to no end!! I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to all!!!

Majestic was very helpful after they had did the Mounting and getting it set up. He took time to help Us know what to do with certain fucntions etc. to get the most out of all the dollors we had spent on our new Home Theatre System.. Showed tons of patience with us his customers by providing us in a way we could understand so there hopefully would not be any issues for Us once he had left.

GS arrived on time after notifying me of their scheduled day. Very helpful and respectful of our home TV and wall mounting. After the install GS made sure all my other devices were connected and working. A flawless install along with professional services made my new TV all the more enjoyable. I would use Geek Squad for a hassle free service whenever I may need them.

The agent who installed my Insignia also set it up so that I could easily turn on and off my TV. He was so very wonderful and even helped put back my TV console which is very very heavy. I am a senior citizen and his thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. I recommend this service.

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.

These guys were wonderful! They arrived when they were supposed to, saw that the TV I had was not in working order, asked me to go online and buy one, if from Best Buy, they would deliver it and install it another time AND not charge me for a second visit. I went online, bought the TV, they rescheduled the installation, and I paid for the TV through their cell phone app. No fuss, no muss. Really great service!

Install went just as planed and on time. They also cleaned up the trash after the install.

The agents called to verify appointment which is ware these days. Wanted to verify instillation as no wall mount purchased. I text to confirm that it was just a delivery. Both techs were professional and knowledgeable of features and setup went smoothly.

Very professional team. They went out of their way to accommodate all our requests as far as mounting out tv. They also answered all our questions about operating the TV after they gave us a basic rundown and they did not leave until we were comfortable operating our new tv. They were friendly, respectful, and just two very nice gentlemen. So glad we chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad to install our new tv.
