The agents did a great job hanging and installing the TV & soundbar. One negative…they did NOT have the cables we needed on the truck. I had to leave the house, drive to Best Buy to get the necessary cables. The store associate told me that the Geek Squad would have the cables needed with them. That downgraded my review.

Excellent service! The all women team knocked it out of the park. The TV mount we originally purchased was not going to work. They had another model in the truck which would and they quickly made the change out. Bonus - it was less$ and Best Buy refunded us the difference. They cleaned up after the install and it looks so good. Very professional!

The Geek Squad was excellent- timely, professional, and mounted our new tv in no time! They also showed us our to use our mount since it pulls away from the wall and tilts/angles to either side. I would not hesitate to use Best Buy/Geek Squad for any of your needs!

The two Geek Squad members arrived on time and were very good in installing a large flat-screen TV promptly. They also accommodated my request to hide peripherals like the cable box and Roku behind the set to reduce cable clutter. They even came back to straighten the set when it shifted on the wall mount. Although we did not need it, they offered to program remotes. They were very conscientious in cleaning up work space. High praise for this team in making installation easy.

The agents installed one new 60 inch TV in the den and connected the DVD, VCR and audio box. They also moved and connected two other TV's each with its own DVD/VCR. They connected the new 60 inch TV in such a way that the audio box was the main speaker and the Dish remote controlled most of the TV functions. They also provided a tutorial on how to use the features of the new TV. The service was excellent; we are very happy with the result.

The two reps that came swiftly got my 85" Sony TV up a flight of stairs and expertly installed the bracket and asked me where to drill and all of that. I told them they are the experts, so I went with what they suggested and everything has been hunky-dory. Very quick service, they placed a mat to cover the hardwood floors while installing, they worked well together, brought two trucks so they communicated to each other which tools they had and needed. Honestly, they were top-notch especially considering the physical labor involved in getting the super-large TV up the skinny flight of stairs in the first place. Arrived pretty much on time, too. Nice guys, very responsive, very helpful. I think it is just a no-brainer to pay for GeekSquad installation if you purchase such a great product. You get what you pay for, and probably then some.

The staff at Best Buy that comes out to install was incredibly helpful, informative and very polite. I would use them again without hesitation. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. It’s a five star rating six if I could give it or 10.

The Professional installers arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They opened up my products & mounted my TV very quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely choose them again! Thank you so much!! I am considering ordering another TV and getting the same service again within the next 30 days.

Installers were courteous and installed the TV in a nice. professional manner. They did describe some of the process as it was happening (like the standard was to leave 6 inches between the TV stand and the soundbar. However, this 6 inch gap really does make the TV a little high in the room. I wish we had lowered the TV by 2 or 3 inches or at least discussed this a little more.

Geek squad was excellent they set up my 77in LG OLED tv while informing me of all the settings and functions of my tv. Great attitude as well.
