The agents worked most efficiently in assembling the stand and installing the TV set. I am really happy with the TV and have really been enjoying the Masters Golf tournament. The Geek Squad is a terrific adjunct to Best Buy. I am only sorry that I didn't get the set sooner, but better late than never. The two gentlemen that came to my house to set up my TV or fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional they knew what they were doing and they did such a neat job installing my TV.

Honestly, I've always had excellent Geek squad experiences both in store and at my home. This TV installation was great. The technician took time to help with the set-up of streaming services and was extremely patient.

Jeff was friendly, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing, He suggested we replace our power strip with a surge protector. which we agreed was a good idea. The bracket was mounted, TV set up, and the sound bar linked with no problem at all. He showed us how to operate new TV and sound bar. Very good job

The agents arrived on time and went right to work installing the tv and mounts. They were informative and addressed my concerns without hesitation. They set up the tv with my FireStick and signed it into all of the existing accounts. The agents adjusted the tv and attached it to the Sonos sound bar and adjusted the sound bar for the best use in the area concerned.

The agents who mounted my TV were great and quick, they arrive on time and got it done so quickly and also show me how to used the TV ..

The first crew was absolutely horrible. They had no tools. They were incompetent. They were rude and left after placing 1 piece of tape on the wall. The second crew was absolutely competent to mount the 83 inch TV, its wall bracket, the soundbar and ceiling mounted speakers. Can't say enough about their efforts. Took all packaging. They even arrived on time. Excellent experience.

The two services personal that installed my tv and more did a great job mostly few things not so But great two guys wish bestbuy would be sending back there personalel that do the installation i give them 5 high 5

Absolutely the best in home service I’ve ever purchased. My guys name was Josh, he came equipped and prepared with booties for the carpet and PPE because of COVID. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my new tv. He answered every question I had and set up was a snap! I definitely recommend geek squad especially for those with no skills when it comes to installing your own electronics.

Set up qas amazing. Agent even had to go and get another TV when the original one would not turn on.

Was very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me to to make sure I was completely happy with the installation and the placement. They wanted to know if there was anything they can do or any questions they could answer before they leave and made sure that I was 100% happy gave me a contact number to call if I think of anything or changed my mind about the placement.
