My GEEK SQUAD was so nice. They called ahead to let me know when they will arrive and were very prompt. Very knowledgeable, quick, clean and answered all my questions. Set up my Wall Mounted TV and my add-ons: antenna and DVD. Gave me a run through of operating my TV and DVD. Showed me features of SAMSUNG. One of the Squad lives in my city and was able to troubleshoot common problems.

Joe at Geek Squad was very patient and knowledgeable when he Installed our Roku 55” and Roku 40” TVs. He explained the process and how the devices works. This technology is all new to me and my husband as senior citizens. Thanks a bunch Joe!

The team that presented were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the Set up my cable provider as well as supported me with an orientation to the fire stick and sound bar.

Ordering my service online was easy and the tech was very professional and courteous. Because of COVID-19, the tech arrived with a mask and covering over his clothes. He also had cones to mark off 6 feet of work space. The job was completed quickly and professionally. This is my 3rd time using Best Buy to come to my home and I will only use them.

Excellent service. The tech was to mount new 55” tv using the mount I had already purchased with the tv. However the mount was defective. He had another mount with him ( fortunately) which was of higher quality so it was a win. Glad I purchased the service as I will be using them again for another install in November

I love the TV. It is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to turn on and off. I love the large picture. The color is amazing. The Geek squad made sure that the TV and cable were set up correctly.

I purchased geek squad protection when I purchased a tv around Christmas time. Soon after my computer started acting up and I was able to bring it in and get it fixed for free. A few weeks later we decided to upgrade the TVs in our home. I was able to save an additional $50 on my tv, and have it mounted for free because of my membership! It’s been a very fruitful investment for me thus far. You all should get it.

The two installers did a much better job than I had expected, never having used Geek Squad services before. I had an existing mount that had to be moved a few inches higher and the did a great job installing a 75" TV. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Only issue was having to pay extra for a 12' HDMI cable - way overpriced at BB but but after spending >$3500 on a TV (more than my first new car), another $40 wasn't going to break me!

ok I'm pretty handy at stuff but decided to pay a little extra and have them hang the TV, the guys showed up and introduced themselves showed them where the tv was to be mounted and they set it all up, then before drilling asked if that's where I wanted it to go. after looking at it decided to move it up 6 inches glad I did. they drilled and mounted the holded, hooked up the sound bar and Eric stayed and finished showing me all the stuff the new tv could do. this was so much nicer than trying to do it all myself.

I love the Geek Squad—the team did a GREAT job with the tools and the installation. They even made sure that my sound bar was installed properly and that the tv was the right height. Another awesome job!

Squad men were friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The entire set up process was smooth, and efficient. They explained about the tv and what to expect. They (Bryan and Zac) were truly an asset to Best Buy.

Agents mounted TV and helped feed wires through wall. Was in renovation and had prepared for TV, but required some challenges getting everything to fit right. Agent was professional and polite--very impressed. Will say that was assistant to agent and he just played on his phone during install except for hanging TV. Was a little weird as I could see he was on social media, etc. But very happy with service overall!

The Geek Squad was so helpful and finished quickly. They carried my TV up the stairs and mounted my TV in probably 15 minutes. If you need assistance on setting up the TV settings they can assist as well. I would definitely recommend this service.

The agent that came out to install my TV was over and beyond excellent. They were here on time cleaned up behind them selves gave me a full tutorial arm and answered all million of my questions. His name is Chris M. from out of Deptford. He was the absolute best!
