The Geek Squad guys were here on time, went right to work and within minutes my 75 inch tv was mounted and fully hooked up to my existing surround sound through a new receiver. All features were demonstrated and explained to me!

The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I'm not good with technology, but installer explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Allmy questions were answered AND technicians did not leave until I demonstrated ability to use the product. I have high expectations when it comes to good customer service. This experience did not disappoint

Both installers that came to house were fantastic. Very polite and professional and got the job done quickly. One of the best experiences I've had with an in home service.

We originally thought we could buy a tv, take it home and set it up ourselves; how hard could it be? I am so happy we did not do that and had a wonderful Geek Squad agent like Dakota take care of everything for us! I cannot say enough nice things about him. He was patient with our slow learning curve and made sure we knew what we were doing before he left. And he was so very courteous and tactful as well as so knowledgeable about the technology! Well worth the expense!

Alex and Jake came out and hung my new 70" TV efficiently and quickly! I paid a little extra for them to move my current TV upstairs. Later in the day, I went upstairs and turned my TV on and there were some crazy lines all over the screen.. I texted Alex with a few pics and he immediately took responsibility for the damage. This was Sat (Dec 2) afternoon. By Tuesday, a claims rep called me and asked me how much I wanted to purchase a new TV!! I immediately went online and found a 55" for 369.99 and I had a check in my hand for 400.00 by yesterday (Dec 8)! Alex and Jake could have denied they damaged my TV.. not only did they not deny it, they worked quickly and proactively to get me a new TV! Kudos! I highly recommend!!

You can tell that this was not just a job for them; it was like watching an artist create a masterpiece: attention to detail, outlining, asking questions, set-up, teaching, cleaning, etc.... Highly recommend this service. Moved/mounted current TV to another room and had the new TV mounted. Purchased the Total Tech service and saved myself $100 on the installation plus other fringe benefits. Could have done it myself however, so nice to sit back relax and watch someone else do it! Not to mention not answering all of the wife's questions and concerns! Tech's were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

we had a miscommunication at first. 2 guys came from the geek squad took down my old tv and put up the new one. As they were packing up bc they thought the were done and I said it’s supposed to be on a moveable mount. The store forgot to give me the mount and charge me. So they left I went back to the store got the rack and Naomi came on Sunday by herself took the tv down put on the bracket and tv and it was fine. Except we had a mis communication and she had hooked my sound bar up directly to the tv and I wanted it separate from my cable. I wanted it as a separate entity. So I. Called back and she came back and fixed it the way I wanted it to. So at this point I was a happy camper UNTIL I went to use the sound bar that night and I couldn’t get it to work. Called the geeks to come back out . The day which was Monday I got a call from Naomi saying that they have nothing to do with the sound bar she told me to hold on as she was looking through the book and walked me through some steps and WALA FIXED. ThTs why it pays to buy the total Gerk Squad protection. The end

The fella that delivered & installed my new TV was as good as you get! Very personable, obviously knowledgeable, answered all my questions as well as sharing things i didn’t even know to ask!! I just can’t say enough about the quality of this particular person. If he is representative of your tech staff, I would guess you get raving feedback regularly!

I bought this tv onsite once I read reviews about TCL televisions online. Out of the box the tv was beautiful. It was light and easily mounted on the wall. After understanding how to adjust the settings this TV actually had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately the sound was muffled and lacked the clarity of my previous Samsung TV.

The Geek Squad agent was professional and mounted my TV along with installing my in wall cord system. The cords that came with the system were too short, and the agent set an appointment to come back with the correct size cord.
