Took two attempts because the first TV (bought as Like New, but had burn-in) and my installer gave excellent suggestions as to exactly which TV to get and which mount would be best for that TV with my walls.

We can't give high enough praise for the team who came and installed our new TVs. The local installer was ill so this team drove over an hour to ensure we had installation as scheduled. It was a difficult instalation but they worked tirelessly with us to ensure we were happy. Definitely 5 stars!

My TV was mounted for me, and all my accessories (sound bar, dvd player, internet) were connected and tested. Installation was neat, with all wires hidden. Tech was quick, and thorough, and pleasant and professional to deal with. Answered all my questions, and pointed out things that I had not been aware of.

Super smooth and easy service. Scheduled our appointment a few weeks out while we waited for construction to finish up. Our installer came on time, asked lots of questions to assure she had it placed correctly and went about her way. She finished quickly, walked me through the TV setup and was on her way. So friendly and left the room perfectly clean. She even took all the packaging!

Two guys installed my Samsung 75 inch TV. They helped sync the Dish remote and mounted the tv without a hitch. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Bert was the same guy who installed my system in 2009. I am not tech savy, but they were patient and explained how to operate everything. They also cleaned up and were on time.

Mounted, installed TV & Sonos sound bar. Removed old TV & TV mount. Sorted some Sonos issues for us. Overall well done but small problem with the Sonos wall mount which were able to fix ourselves.

It took 3 attempts to get my installation done. On the first try, the third party installer was very thorough and knowledgeable and spent over 4 hours trying to get my TV right. He played phone tag with customer service and personally went back to the store to get new mounts. Ultimately he stated that he did not have the authority to get my job done. He specifically stated that I should get the Geek Squad to do the job and not the third party that the Geek Squad assigned to me. The second time I specifically requested the Geek Squad, yet a third party was sent again at the improper time. The installation was incomplete. This again required me to make multiple calls to customer service to try and get a resolution. Finally, I was able to get the real Geek Squad in and everything was done correctly. I had a second TV installed the next day with the Geek Squad that was absolutely excellent. The only thing missing was a call back from the Geek Squad. I would have informed them that the set up caused my TIVO to overheat and shut down. I rearranged this myself so I did not need to have them come back. Bottom line is that if you have a very simple installation, the third party installation is fine, but if there is any complication, only the real Geek Squad can correct your situation efficiently. In addition, never call customer service with a problem. Go to the store where you can speak to a member directly. Even that can be a problem as I had to go to another Best Buy to get someone to send the real Geek Squad to service me. My rating is the average of the poor overall service I received, not the last visit from the Geek Squad which I would rate just short of perfect. It took 4 weeks to get things right.

I ordered a TV and mount for my daughter and they delivered the TV, mounted it on the wall and set it up for her. This was all included for $0 because I am a Total Tech Support subscriber and it was definitely worth it. They were in and out in 30 minutes and the TV is well secured to the wall.

I was very impressed by the 2 Geek Squad installers work. They were very confident in the proper procedure to install and mount on my wall. They set up the TV to maximize viewing accuracy for the room and light exposure. Both were personable and gained my trust immediately.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. Moved, mounted and connected a second TV excellently.

Once the geek squad arrived, it was 2 days after they were supposed to be there, probably because either the wrong phone number or not having the gate code, the installers did a great job, and their expertise was unmatched. They also provided me with handy hints on items that would utilize the system better without seeing the wiring.

Our Geek Squad installers did an EXCELLENT JOB of installing our new VIZIO TV onto thecswivel wall mount! The TV and the dwall mount installation are both working EXCEPTIONAL WELL! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK Geek Squad!

When the Geek Squad came out to set up our tv they assured us that our original mount was sufficient for the larger screen. They saved us money which is always a good thing!

The agents arrived on time and totally set up the TV and showed me how to use the remote. Very courteous agents willing to take the time with me to explain everything. Only drawback is they are not allowed to work on electrical outlets as they could not relocate my wall mount so the TV sets too low and I will have to rehang the TV myself

Joseph & Rob did a great job-courteous, professional and efficient. Their knowledge was invaluable in setting up a new tv and sound system.

The two guys were great, friendly, very likable almost like family.. As I told them I'm gonna request that they come out to install my home security as soon as I purchase it from Bestbuy - GREAT EXPERIENCE !

Best Buy service was great. Knowledgeable and pleasant tech. Came in and set up TV and tried to help put on stand we purchased but it did not fit. Showed us how to use remote. Took all packaging and the old TV that did not work anymore.
