The Best Buy geek squad team who installed my TV were true professionals. They were personal and provided a great service experience. You can’t go wrong with their service and I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly. Answered my questions regarding the installation and how the TV was set up.

Had a window of time of then the Geek Squad would arrive. I was glad to get a call early in that window saying they would arrive soon. They arrived and were to work. They had to move the TV/mount from one wall to another and they did it with ease. Very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the result. Not my first time having Geek Squad come over to help mount a TV and I have recommended them to others.

This was my second attempt. The first Geeks stole from me and did not mount properly. The two that came yesterday were STELLAR THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER..

Cody ensured that the TV was setup and that the entire system was working before leaving. He also ensured that wiring was not visible when facing the television. Ensure that the soundbar and other devices were working with the television before leaving. Took time to give a brief tutorial of the remote control.

I had an excellent experience. The tech was timely, very friendly and courteous and well versed in his job. I had a unique mount as I was having it placed on a 45 degree ceiling slant and he had no troubles whatsoever. Very pleased!!!

The Geek Squad installed our new 65 inch Sony TV. They were very fast and professional. I really like tools they use to locate the studs, then set the screws. So glad I didn't try to do it myself. Plus, after we got some new furniture, we needed to move the TV about 10 inches. Thanks to being a Total Tech Support Member, it was a reasonable charge to get them back and move it. Once again a timely install and professional.

Cheek swab so professional came out and mounted my television in what felt like minutes they were very educational walk us through the entire process connected the sound bar gave us a demonstration wore mask and practice the necessary safety measures I felt completely honored to have Best Buy in my home and was completely satisfied with the service that I received thank you Best Buy

Geek Squad Mounting Service for TV’s (ours was 85”) is a “no brainer”. The guys showed up we’re exceptionally polite and professional! They came with everything the needed to mount the TV (tool wise - you have to provide the mount) and not only hung the TV and connected everything...but took the time to program our remotes and walk my wife and I through everything! These guys are PRO’S!!!

Joshua was nice, patient, and prompt. He did a very nice & professional job mounting our new TV & TV mount to the wall. He measured twice, asked our opinion where we wanted it before completing the mounting. He cleaned up afterwards & hauled the old TV away. He set the smart TV up and taught us how to navigate on it.

The crew was amazing. Punctual, professional and extremely precise with the tv and speaker installs. They went above and beyond making sure everything was set up correctly.

4 yrs ago I purchased a 75”TV from Best Buy and had Geek Squad deliver and replace the one I already had hanging on the wall. When I recently had to purchase a replacement, did’nt hesitate to have them do the same. I ended up buying 2 replacement TVs. They took down the old TVs, replaced HDMI and hung the New TVs. The guys were very knowledgeable and respectable.
