Dustin and his coworker were excellent. They installed my 85 inch Sony tv with ease, while making sure it was perfectly centered for the room. Dustin paid attention to all the small details and was very precise. I would recommend their services again. They even cleaned up the garbage and vacuumed the floor where they did the install. Very professional.

Just what I was looking for. Geek Squad did an efficient job of installing.

The geek squad installed the wall mount and my 85in TV, quickly and professionally. Even though the dang thing weighed about 100 lbs.

Geek Squad agent (JOE), was pleasant, friendly,and went right to work. I only had to tell him what height I wanted the TV to be (he asked), He explained what he was doing. He had to cut through 2 layers of sheet rock which wasn't expected, but he got the job done. He explained the new remote and how to get to my VCR/DVD combo, and Netflix. Overall, he is an excellent agent/worker for Geek Squad!

The team that mounted our TV was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They were mindful of how they handled our TV which i truly appreciated. It's so thin and fragile.

The guys set up and connected our TV to all the cables in record time. They were friendly and courteous. And very mindful to wear covers over their shoes. And they took the old TV and box!!

We purchased a wall mount for our 65" TV and we also purchased the option to have it installed. The two people who came out to do the install were very professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and were very respectful, asking for permission before moving any furniture, etc. They did an excellent job, put the TV exactly where we wanted it on the wall, and showed me details of how to use the mount (moving the TV out to get behind it, changing the viewing angle if needed, etc.)

I had great experience with the install&mount service. The tech was very professional and nice to help us, not only the install&mount, also taught us how to use/maintain the projectors. I want to recommend to try the Geek Squad service, which I always had great experience.

So the crew arrived on time the first install but having to replace the first TV for another on due to manufacture issues I needed another install day. Second time around the came late and actually cause damage to one of my home theater speakers that wasn’t even part of the install, and scratched the TV they were taking back. I did get reimbursed for the damage caused to my property by the insurance company but not without going through hurdles.

Very efficient- brought with them everything needed - checked the wall out to make certain they used the correct bracket. Mine was not suitable for the wall.

Once again the Geek Squad installation team did an outstanding job of installing our Sony 75 inch TV above the fireplace. We have used the Best Buy Geek Squad TV installation team previously with excellent results.

I was not home when the agent connected the new tv, but my husband was. Unfortunately, my husband did not know all the necessary information for connection, so the agent came back a second time to get the needed information for setup. The agent was excellent and very knowledgeable!

Even though the installer were not real familiar with my old sound system they did manage to get it connected and working. The TV was installed right where I wanted it and everything connected and works and they never even made a mess to cleanup.

The delivery went smoothly. The techs kept me updated when they would arrive. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.
