Got my 85” TV unboxed and mounted while I wasn’t even home. Did excellent!!! I plan on using geek squad again in the future!

I was extremely pleased with the setup of my smart Sony TV. The two gentleman who installed my TV were friendly, professional, and competent. They were helpful in answering my questions. Furthermore, they were quick with the installation. I could not ask for more.

The agents were extremely proficient in mounting my TVs and installing the security system. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for another great job well done.

Alejandro & Desiree came out to install a new TV in my 2nd floor bedroom. Alejandro went above and beyond in assisting me in getting the TV to the 2nd floor. Awesome Job on Both of them and were EXTREMELY professional. Best Buy should be honored in having them.

Did the up most amazing job in Mounting and setting it up wow first time have any TV mounted . I really love it and so glad I did awesome

Installer did a good job installing a flat panel tv wall mount. However, he was not able to mount an Apple TV behind the wall mount. Salesman said that could be done with the mount he sold us but he was incorrect. In wall extension cord could not be installed for the same reason. So now we have a cord hanging down from the tv and cannot connect an Apple TV to the TV as planned. We did save the $50 to have the in wall plug installed. Not good that geek squad was going to charge us a fee to mount the TV and another fee to install the plug. Should be a single install fee for multiple items like this in one install trip. Since the total membership plan was changed, it’s not worth the membership fee anymore.

The geek squad agent Adam T. that mounted and set up my tv was amazing! He called ahead to advise exactly when he would arrive. He was friendly, funny and explained everything. He didn’t make a mess and kept me informed each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations!

TV works well, but the installation was exceptional and quick. The tech's ability to program the TV was mind-blowing. I was mesmerized by his agility and dexterity in entering the data in the remote control. Best clean up!

The agent set up my television (no mounting was required) and made sure I had access to everything I was supposed to and explained how to navigate among devices. He was patient and knowledgeable.

Installation was done efficiently and professionally. The installers were very careful in the process.

The tech was polite, very skilled and did a great job. I'd never had a TV mounted to the wall before, and was really nervous about having something so fragile suspended from the wall of my 100-year-old house. The tech did a great, professional job, and it was obvious he'd done it many, many times before, and that soothed my nerves. It looks great, and I'm very happy.

Geek Squad mounted my new tv and did all necessary installations/the techs are always so helpful and answer all of my questions. Yay! I am watching my favorite shows thanks to Best Buy!

Fred and Wolf were right on time and knew exactly what they were doing and had the tv on the wall in a short amount of time. They both were professional and courteous, and Wolf even programed my remote while Fred was finishing the wall mount. They were the best and I thank them both for making it so easy.
