Geek squad to the rescue for tv install

They were very helpful and didnt rush me through my questions, treating me with respect. I am not a techy guy and they were a godsend. I will definitely use their services again and feel confident referring them to friends and family.

Geek squad reconnected my TV

Made sure I checked everything before they left. And explained several things to me that I never new about. These 2 guys are a great example of great customer service.

They proceeded to relocate my wide screen television down about 5 inches. The private party that had installed my set just put the new, larger screen right back in the same location. This was causing neck strain because it was too high. The G Squad guys were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure my wife was comfortable with the new heighth.
