Great Service by the Geek Squad, I had purchased an out of Box Sony Top of the Line MINT! I picked it up at the store, as the store gave me no alternative. Took it home, had my knee Replacement surgery and then call the Team up and they came out and mounted the 65" in our Bedroom, but alas the Store had put the wrong remote for my $3700 TV in the Wrapping, so I called customer service about the Remote and told them I couldn't walk yet, would they mind sending it to me, but they couldn't do that, so I purchased a new Remote from Remote.com and when it arrived I called Team Geek out again so they could turn on the Tv and finish setting it up fo me. It looks swell now, and while I still have things to hook up the Picture is Great. 3 stars for BB Phone Customer Service for fighting me all the way till I just gave up. But the TEAM Geek that came out did an 12 Star job. This is the second time I have used them, they even hid the wiring.

Communication was great. They actually give a reliable time the day before even though they say 8-1 or 12-7. The technicians are much nicer to work with than the general emails from some corporate location. Extremely professional and quick. Also, gave some great tips (even on other products that I was setting up myself).

This is the 2nd time I have had Geek Squad install TV's in my new home for a total of 3 TV's. Geek Squad always stays in contact leading up to your appointment time. When installing the tv, they are accurate and take the time to make sure the job is done write. All while cleaning whatever mess they made up and being friendly. I will continue to use Geek Squad for everything installed in my home.

Excellent install - the plug in the wall was there but the electricians had failed to connect it to the box. I got two extension cords because I wanted to make sure the TV would work, very knowledgeable. They said they would come back if I needed them t!

those three gentleman who arrived to my home to have the TV installed on the second floor family room, did an extraordinary job. They are an excellent crew, working as a team and as professionals. I would definitely hire them again t have the second TV mounted on the wall of on my living room. Thank you guys for a job well done

The young man who installed my monitor did it quickly and explained clearly how to run this thing. I’ll only use it to project reference photos for painting landscapes. I can mirror off my cell phone or use a thumb drive. I didn’t feel like a technology idiot!

The 2 Geek Squad guys did an excellent job. Mounted the TV on the wall, connected to the sound bar and cable box quickly and efficiently. Got everything synched and left me fully happy with their work.

The guys did a wonderful job installing my two new TV's. Connected to all my equipment and soundbar and everything works so well. So much better than when we did it ourselves last time... Can't speak highly enough of the two guys that did the work. Thanks!

Geek squad was excellent when installing. Would recommend anytime!!! They really have great knowledge and will Make sure your walls are fully checked before doing any work.

Work was all done correctly, looked professional. They mounted and added a power source wall kit to hide the wires. You could do it yourself but if you aren’t inclined to do that sort of thing this is a good option. Be aware they charger you to mount it. Then again to install the kit on top of paying for the kit. If you are a total tech support member it is nearly half off.

The Geek Squad agents took their time to confer on best placement of the Samsung 75 inch tv. They installed the mount and then made sure everything was working as it should. Friendly, efficient, and professional!

PRO: The agents were knowledgeable and courteous. They securely mounted the TV at the perfect height and gathered the cord and cable behind the TV for an uncluttered look. CON: I know there must be a good reason BUT I wish the appointment window could be shorter

Agents did a great job mounting our TV over a previously mounted TV area. They were able to lay it flat to the wall and fit it perfectly in the space

LOVE THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURE. SO GLAD I DECIDED ON THE BETTER MODEL TV BECAUSE THE PICTURE IS AWESOME. Also had Geek Squad install it and they were AWESOME as well. They gave me a great tutorial on how to switch from my Apple TV to regular tv and also to the RUKO that is part of the TV package. Great Service by the Geek Squad on a Saturday morning!

Our installers Will Johntry and his Assistant Mica were Fantastic. Neat, well mannered and very efficient. Their Professionalism was just what we had hoped for. Will even said we could call him if we had any questions...It took three weeks to finally get everything installed, 12 hours of waiting with minimal communication, that is until Will did our install, once again a great Geek Squad expierence!

Tech went above and beyond to make sure my parents TV was installed after the 1st tech was a no show. He was off for the day but took the call. Did a great job on the install.

Two guys came over to set up the tv and they were very helpful, one of them set up everything and the other guy answer all my questions. I had the TV on the wall and running in no time. Excellent service.

The guys were friendly and set up the tv in a few minutes. Also gave us tip on how to care for the tv, clean up after themselves left nothing behind. I am very satisfied with the service.

Great pic great size great tv. Looking forward to gaming with this tv.
